The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking is available at £10/night either in the on-site car park or via digital permit parking on Parabola Road. Please inform our team at check-in to register your vehicle in either parking facility. Car parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

The shower wasn't great, water flow & temp varied. Also grouting in shower needed cleaning.
Ideally located with plenty of bars restaurants close by , breakfast was great a simple buffet for continental and then you can order your hot from the menu served with efficiently and a smile
Couple of bulbs out in our bathroom which left lighting a bit dark apart from that all good
Spacious room, large bath, good walk in shower.

Brilliant staff and lovely food.
The hotel is my favourite in Cheltenham, and as someone who lived in the town for years I know the options available. However this was first time I've been disappointed. The staff as usual were superb but the room was a huge disappointment.
Extra thought and attention to allow us to bring our dog to meals with us was much appreciated.
Room was well equipped and clean; lovely shower and bath and the bed was very comfortable.
Better lighting near the mirrors would be an improvement.
The staff were super friendly, parking on site, ideal location, beautiful hotel.
