The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking is available at £10/night either in the on-site car park or via digital permit parking on Parabola Road. Please inform our team at check-in to register your vehicle in either parking facility. Car parking is subject to availability and cannot be reserved in advance.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Room very small.
Clean nice hotel
25 pounds for breakfast even if you only wanted continental. That very strong for an orange juice croissant and a coffee in anyone's book.
Oh and the lack of parking for a hotel of this size even the onsite parking would scare anyone to try and park a large car in it.

The hotel is very well located within walking distance of the town centre. It has a reasonably-priced car park. The staff were most helpful and when the air-conditioning was not working in my room, the deputy night manager (Miguel) moved me into another (better) room and even carried my case across to it.
The air conditioning was not working in my original room and then the coffee machine was not working in the second one (but instant coffee and a kettle were provided).

Unfortunately I’ve stayed before & in other Malmaisons - the staff weren’t in any rush, got our dinner requests wrong twice and the food was mediocre. “Malmaison” You s now off my go to list.
Great location, slightly tucked away but only a short walk away from the bars/ town centre. The staff were all really friendly and the breakfast was delicious

My only problem was the lack of any kind of fan or air conditioning in very hot conditions
Beautiful old building (glad I did not have to stay in the modern bit out the back!!
Interiors were totally out of character with such a lovely building (I expect they paid some fancy interiors “expert” a fortune though!)
