I can't comment on the quality of my stay, simply because I never stayed. When I arrived at the hotel my booking that was "guaranteed and all paid for" was not recognized. The owner of the establishment said he never received the booking confirmation. Me and my group where stuck in the middle of nowhere after dark in Nakuru looking for somewhere to stay the night. Not a pleasant situation to say the least. I would avoid such establishments at all costs and I believe that it is a disgrace for Hotel.com to associate it self with such unprofessional hotels.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at Sleepway Cottages, but we were without internet, that was advertised to be working, for 4 days which was a very scary time for our family back in the states who could not get in touch with us. Our stay would have been better if we had dependable internet and toilet seats on the commode. Also, we made the reservations for 5 people and when we arrived the rooms were not side by side but there was a room in between ours and our children which was a little scary.
