Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change.

The rooms are cosy and quiet. The balcony is noisy due to traffic. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the sitting area was not as comfy, but could be converted into a small bed if needed. The bathroom is nice and neat. Breakfast was delivered to the room upon request.

Relaxed, friendly atmosphere and reasonable value overall.

Stephany made my stay very nice and helped me a lot to go touristic places in Lebanon
The view from my room was so nice
The breakfast was lovely most of days
Cleanliness was amazing
Only issue with electricity going off many times a day but most of times come back quick

The service was absolutely amazing. Steph and Freddie went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and that everything we needed was at hand. They also went out of their way to make breakfast child friendly.

Pros:

HOtello was absolutely fantastic. I stayed in Lebanon for 4 weeks and I switched hotels 3 times. HOtello was the cleanest hotel I've ever been to anywhere in the world! everything was brand new. The service was great. The owners were wonderful, very friendly and helpful. The place was very secure nobody is allowed without verification. I will definitely stay there if I go to Lebanon again. The area is nice, there are many attractions nearby and many cafes with gooood food.
