Séjour Magnifique; hôte très sympathique et chaleureux, je reviendrai!

Eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft. Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung; aber ohne große Abwechslung. Keine warmen Speisen.
Bei der Abreise wurde der Rechnungsbetrag nochmal verlangt, obwohl die Übernachtungen im Voraus bezahlt wurden. Eine lange Diskussion folgte. Ich legte meinen Bankbeleg mit dem Zahlungsnachweis vor. Mürrisch wurde dann halt nur die Kurtaxe noch verlangt.

Geräumiges Zimmer. Sehr netter Hauswirt, hat gute Tipps für Aktivitäten gegeben!
Leider war die Heizungsanlage recht geräuschvoll.

Hervorragend gelegene Unterkunft, sehr freundliches Personal, schickes Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück - Empfehlung!

Sehr komfortable Unterkunft und Zimmer, die zur Rückseite zum Garten auch sehr ruhig sind; nach vorne zur Straße dafür ein toller Blick auf das Karwendelgebirge. Nicht ganz billig, aber dafür auch ein sehr angenehmer Service und Frühstücksbuffet am Wochenende sogar mit Sekt.

Eine Bewertung ist nicht möglich, da die Unterbringung in einer anderen Unterkunft erfolgte

it is a very nice place to stay for a hiking holiday, but also to see the beatifull air painting houses in this small city.
the breakfast was ok, but not very special
we had an apartment which was large and had a very modern bathroom

Gutes Gästehaus in zentraler Lage. Gastätten in 200 bis 400 m Entfernung.

We came here as the village was fully booked. We were really happy. The family that ran the hotal was very nice, the location was within 250 meters of the old town. Restaruants were also very nearby. Our room even had a nice little balcony which was great.

チェックインの時、忙しそうに説明、ゲストカード渡さず、値引き機会を逸した。
チェックアウト、いつもいないと平気で言う。

On a busy holiday weekend, we couldn't have asked for better accommodations than Franziska. The location is ideal - a 10 minute walk to the town center, but away from noisy crowds.

The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, including a refrigerator and a balcony. The balcony had chairs and a table, though no mountain view.

The bath was also new and clean.

Breakfast was served in a pretty room behind reception. The food array was nicely arranged and refreshed regularly.

We'd definitely recommend this hotel/gasthaus.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad ganz neu renoviert und daher total modern mit Regendusche. Das Frühstück war super lecker und es ist wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ich habe den Aufenthalt seht genossen es hat mit sehr gefallen :)

Mid October I stayed here for the 2nd time and would return anytime.
The rooms are clean and spacious, big bed(s), very good shower, free internet, tasty breakfast, friendly owners.
It's about an 8-10min walk(more or less depending on how fast your walk is ofc) to the train station, about 5 minutes to the pedestrian area of Mittenwald.

This Guesthouse is just fabulous, in a beautiful picturesque town of Mittenwald in Bavaria. We have stayed here many times. It is great value for money, with spacious rooms and awesome bathroom. The view from our balcony is also breathtaking. Breakfast is fantastic, and the staff wonderful. We will continue to stay at Gastehaus Franziska whenever drive through this beautiful German town.

Perfectly situated for access to the main town. Polite, welcoming staff. Good command of English which was very helpful to us non-German speaking guests.
Pleasant room with fabulous, powerful shower. Room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Bed linen comfy and beautifully laundered. Breakfast was ample and served by a very professional and helpful member of staff. Great parking facility right beside the hotel. Would recommend and would return to this hotel for a further visit ourselves. Thank you Dietmar of the Franziska hotel. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had originally booked another guesthouse close to the station which was under renovation when we arrived. This one is a bit farther away from the station which could be a slight problem if you have luggage. The location is convenient though - good eating options right next door..rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Loved the breakfast spread too!

The management operates a couple of hotels in the area so we had to wait just a few moments for them to arrive and open the front door. The day was beautiful so not an issue. Great customer service, plenty of variety in the breakfast bar. My husband was too tall for the 'shower' in our bathroom so they gave us a second room for him to shower in. Didn't have to, but went the extra mile for us.
We will be staying there again in any future trips to Mittenwald.
