A spotless, perfectly located hotel with excellent breakfast and wonderfully friendly staff!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was exceptionally clean throughout, and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially being so conveniently close to the hop on hop off starting point, which made sightseeing incredibly easy.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a great variety to suit all tastes. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed.

There’s also a Spar (grocery shop) just 2 minutes away and a restaurant right next door, which made everything even more convenient. We would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay again!

Ubytovanie v tomto hoteli bolo skutočne skvelé. Poloha bola len pár minút chôdze od centra mesta, personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný nás ubytovať o pár hodín skôr ako bol plánovaný príjazd. Izby boli čisté a veľmi pohodlné a raňajky boli chutné.

Cons:

Jediné z čoho sme boli mierne sklamaní bolo, že raňajky boli každý deň takmer rovnaké, a jedlo ktoré tam bolo bolo málo dokladané. Aj keď jedno doložili tak ho priniesli vo veľmi malom množstve a okamžite bolo zasa preč. Navzdory tomu boli raňajky veľmi chutné.

We enjoyed our stay at the TURIM Hotel in Lisbon overall. The room was clean, modern, and nicely kept, and everything felt well maintained. Breakfast was excellent – as we’ve come to expect from TURIM hotels – with a very good selection and good quality.

The beds, however, were quite hard for our liking, which affected our sleep a bit. One small thing that initially caused some concern was a small device hanging from under the TV that looked like a tiny camera, connected to a box behind the TV. We asked housekeeping about it and were told it must be related to the TV remote control,.... it did look a bit odd at first glance.

All in all, a pleasant stay with a good standard and fantastic breakfast, but with a few details worth knowing in advance.

A couple of practical notes for future guests:

Parking is not free. This should really be stated more clearly in the hotel description. You can either park on the street in front of the hotel (paid parking, and you need to renew it and add coins every 2 hours during the day), or use the hotel’s private garage, which costs €25 per day.

Housekeeping comes quite late, sometimes as late as 5:00 pm, which is something to be aware of if you like to rest in your room during the afternoon.

Att det var en glasdörr till toaletten. Tanken är kanske att det är modernt och snyggt. Men till badrummet vill jag ha en dörr. Gärna lite ljudisolerande.

Cons:

One simple point and I’m mentioning it so you can fix it. I was in room 604 and the toilet leaked a bit and throughout the night was annoying… that’s all.
