Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Turim Hotel in Lisbon. The rooms were modern, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

Fim de semana em Lisboa para festa de aniversário
Pros:

Localização do hotel e o facto de estar numa rua calma.
O quarto era de boa dimensão.

Cons:

As almofadas da cama eram pouco confortáveis e a falta de uma máquina de café no quarto para um hotel desta categoria.
O pequeno almoço com pouca variedade de cereais.

Pros:

L'hotel est confortable, calme et très bien situé. Le petit dej vaut le coup également.

Cons:

Etant allaitante et voyageant sans mon bébé je m'attendais à pouvoir stocker le lait/ pain de glace dans un frigo/congélateur, ça a été très déceptif de ne pas avoir accès à un tel service.
Aussi, il manque un fer à repasser dans la chambre.

Amei Lisboa. Tive uma experiência tranquila no hotel, mas voltando optaria por outro hotel, da mesma rede, mais próximo

Quarto exatamente como a Foto, boa localização, local tranquilo, aproximadamente 1 km de distância do início do centro histórico. Equipe gentil.

Cons:

A porta demora para fechar e só fecha batendo. Ou seja, quando qualquer pessoa sai do seu quarto a porta bate. Se você não quer acordar muito cedo e seus vizinhos saíram cedo, vc acorda com diversas portas sendo batidas, inclusive toda entrada e saída da camareira para organizar os quartos. Achei péssimo isso. Outra característica é que a internet não pegava direito no meu quarto. Precisei ficar na recepção algumas vezes para poder resolver questões de trabalho.

This Turim hotel location was in a good location.
Pros:

Friendly and curious staff. Good breakfast and bar area.

Cons:

Air conditioning was not easy to adjust and did not cool very well at night. The bed linens were too heavy for summer and poor air conditioning.

Towels were in need of updating and housekeeping did not provide enough towels for 2 adults in a room.

TV remote was not working well. Difficult to get TV to turn off even after I asked for batteries to be upgraded in remote.

It would have been nice to have room in room refrigerator for my own food items instead of refrigerator being filled with minibar items.
