Чисто, чудовий персонал, смачні сніданки.

Cons:

Дуже душно в номері на 7 поверсі. Кондиціонери під час нашого перебування не працювали, коли відкриваєш вікно - дуже гамірно бо вони виходять на дорогу.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Obsługa w hotelu była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a pokoje czyste i zadbane. Dużym plusem jest również świetna lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się tuż obok stacji metra, co bardzo ułatwia poruszanie się po mieście. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje także barman – bardzo sympatyczny, z dużą wiedzą o drinkach i potrafiący przygotować naprawdę świetne koktajle. Zdecydowanie miły akcent całego pobytu.

Cons:

Śniadanie w hotelu było niestety dość przeciętne. Wybór jedzenia bez większych rewelacji, a część potraw szybko się kończyła. Niestety obsługa bardzo wolno uzupełniała brakujące dania, przez co momentami wybór był jeszcze bardziej ograniczony. Szkoda, bo przy lepszej organizacji śniadanie mogłoby być znacznie przyjemniejszym elementem pobytu.

Lo staff è eccezionale e sempre molto professionale, disponibile, sorridente ed hanno sempre risposto in maniera positiva alle mie richieste di informazioni.
La camera molto bella e super pulita.

Pros:

Nagyon jó ár érték arány, tiszta, nagyon szépen karban tartott. Szuper helyen a metro megálló közelében.

Cons:

Nem tudok ilyet mondani ezért az árért. Inkább a saját tanulságom, hogy vérosnézéshez legközelebb wellness részleggel rendelkező szállást foglalok. :)

L’emplacement et la propreté

Cons:

Il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre, sans doute à cause d’un chauffage central par le sol et qu’on ne pouvait pas régler. Et les employés disaient qu’il était impossible de faire fonctionner la Clim car on était en hiver alors qu’il faisait affreusement chaud dans la pièce; la seule solution qu’ils proposaient étaient d’ouvrir la fenêtre. J’étais réveillée par la chaleur chaque nuit. Plusieurs clients allaient s’en plaindre à l’accueil.
Le deuxième jour, ils nous ont mis qu’une seule serviette alors que nous étions deux. Pas de tapis de bain non plus. Ils nous ont dit qu’ils n’avaient plus de serviette!!!!!! Je n’ai jamais vu ça. Donc au retour de nos visites, je n’ai pas pu me doucher. Après avoir réclamé 2 fois à l’accueil, ils nous en ont enfin apporté après plus de 2h, le temps d’en laver sans doute!
À deux reprises pendant notre séjour de 3 jours, des employés sont rentrés dans la chambre pendant qu’on y était et sans frapper!
