Pros:

Excellent hotel however the wifi did not work. When questioned, we were given a new password which should have been provided earlier. Why wait to be asked? That too did not work. Speed was 2-3 mbps which is as bad as it can get.
Staff had no answer or will to help.

No water provided. I had to ask for water. This is the first hotel where an open bottle of water is refilled upon request. Not sure if this is safe?

Staff were not as helpful as one would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Uncomfortable stay due to poor AC and bed too firm .
Cons:

Poor air conditioning - need to leave card in slot by the door for AC to work - left it there when we went out for room to cool off since it was so hot -as discussed with maintenance & front desk . Next day Housekeeping removed card when cleaning the room so it was hot again for second night , the 3rd day we just put up the “Do not Disturb” sign when we went out .

- Also , the beds are VERY FIrm , if you prefer soft / or soft mattress pad , you won’t like it , they don’t have any options .

Hotel was in great location where we wanted to be. Breakfast had a good varieties. Staff were good.

Had cockroach as soon as we entered we noticed in the ceiling and requested for another room but been told they were fully booked and they gave us complimentary breakfast as a result of this. But unfortunately we have seen several roaches all three days we stayed there and it was not comfortable although I complained to Hotel Manager Joe but he wasn’t responsive.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, os quartos são bons e o café da manhã também é ótimo.
Devido a localização, consegui sair aindando até o Chiado.

Cons:

Como eu estava com uma um carro grande (Van), o estacionamento era ruim, pois é muito apertado.
Sei que na Europa os estacionamentos são assim.
