Proprietatea OK, personalul nu.

Hotelul se află într-o zonă foarte bună, iar pozele reflecta realitatea.

Cons:

Personalul nu este cel mai prietenos și serviabil. Nu ești salutat deloc în recepție, pare ca nici nu treci prin fața lor. Foarte greu îți răspunde cineva de la recepție la telefon, am încercat prin telefonul fix, care de multe ori sună ocupat, așa cum sună și pe telefonul mobil dacă apelezi la numărul lor. Am stat 30 minute să iau legătura cu ei pentru un fier de călcat, iar după 10 minute de așteptat fierul am plecat șifonat din cameră, a 3a zi când încercam să obțin un fier de călcat.

Great hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Beautiful hotel has a great breakfast buffet with friendly staff. Deolinda and Marcos always greeted everyone cheerfully and Deolinda helped me with my dismal Portuguese. Our room was very comfortable.
