Pros:

Die Zimmer waren schön und geräumig. Wellnessbereich war auch ok.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Unfreundliches Personal , z.B. als der Apfelsaft am Frühstücksbüffet leer war haben wir gefragt ob wir fürs unsere Tochter noch welchen haben könnten dann meinte die Bedienung nein jetzt gibt es Grapefruitsaft sie holt keinen Apfelsaft mehr. Abendessen ist leider auch nichts für Kinder dabei, mussten nach Oberstdorf fahren. L

Die Lage war sehr schön, vor allem sehr ruhig.
Das Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück ausreichend, alles was das Herz begehrt.

Super Location, gutes Frühstück und Preisleistung sehr gut!

Wer ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet sollte hier nicht buchen… max. 3 Sterne wert! Schade!
Pros:

Die Ausgangslage ist gut, im Sommer wie Winter ein Steinwurf von Rodel & Lift entfernt

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer stand das Bett direkt neben der Eingangstür, diese war nicht mal Schallisoliert. Ich hätte lieber in so einem großen Zimmer den Blick auf die Berge aus dem Bett heraus gesehen! Toilette und Dusche winzig klein ohne Fenster. An den Fenster- u. Türrahmen zum Balkon platzte die Farbe ab. Sehr in die Jahre gekommen!
Man hat versucht das ganze mit neuen Möbeln aufzuhübschen… für meinen Geschmack sollte das Zimmer neu geplant werden! Einrichtung war ok.
Pool im Keller recht schmutzig und hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Der Saunabereich war ganz nett.
