Important information:

Please note that there is no access to the private car park from 22:00 to 06:00 Monday to Saturday, and from 21:45 to 10:00 on Sunday.

Please note that the reception is open between 08:00 and 23:30 daily. In case of late arrival, guests must notify the accommodations and then download the Justin app in order to gain access to the hotel.

We do not have a contract for parking, you can go directly to the Cornavin station parking (-2 / -3) rate of CHF 24 for 24 hours.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Excelente estadia perto da estação Cornavin.
Pros:

Ficamos apenas uma noite nesse hotel e gostamos bastante. Ele fica bem perto da estação Cornavin, então saímos da estação a pé com nossas malas e chegamos nele com tranquilidade. Acho importante pontuar que nós permitiram fazer o check in antes das 14:00, o que nos ajudou muito! O quarto era confortável, banheiro amplo e chuveiro muito bom. Tinha chaleira elétrica no quarto e um pequeno elevador nos ajudou a não precisar subir pela escada com 3 malas. A vista era muito boa (ficamos no quarto com varanda) e a região do hotel é bem movimentada, com muitos restaurantes. O hotel nos forneceu um passe gratuito para ônibus e foi assim que conhecemos uma parte de Genebra e foi com ele que fomos ao aeroporto no outro dia. Gostamos bastante do hotel e recomendo se quiser ficar perto da estação.

No apps working on television
No utube available
No guide book for hotel
No instruction for air con
No room ‘ do not disturb’ for door
No ground floor lounge of any kind
Staff reasonable

Cons:

Just two or three small little pots of milk for tea.
Had to buy a carton of milk every day
Not much to ask if already taking own tea bags, asked for extra milk- got 2 little pots!!!!!
Paid 300£ per night. For single occupancy.

Pros:

Gostei da localização, fica mesmo ao lado da estação de comboios e perto do centro histórico.
O hotel tinha a recepção fechada á hora cheguei mas fiz o check in no hotel em frente quê pertence á mesma cadeia.
Também pedi o passe para usar transportes e recebi dois dias antes .
Máquina de café no quarto.
