Buffet abbondante e rifornito costantemente. Qualità piuttosto buona. La posizione perfetta per raggiungere diverse mete, inoltre c'è una delle calette più belle a veramente due minuti a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto tempo per provare la piscina, ma il servizio è molto buono, il personale estremamente cordiale e simpatico e in generale ci sono un sacco di attività disponibili all'interno della struttura (biliardo, ping pong, discoteca ecc.)

Non ho riscontrato alcun problema all'interno della struttura. Si tratta di un "villaggio" accogliente, adatto principalmente a famiglie e gruppi

La nourriture était vraiment de bas de gamme et tous les jours la même chose.

Dans la chambre, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche.
Nous avons même eu un jour sans eau chaude.
L'eau de la douche et du robinet est assez salée.
La femme de ménage a laissé deux fois la porte ouverte.
Nous avons dû payer 15 euros + 10 euros de caution pour le coffre-fort.
Pareil pour les essuies de piscine, que nous n'avons d'ailleurs pas pris, car ça nous est revenu moins cher de les acheter juste à côté.
Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours, mais jamais aspirées, donc jamais vraiment très propres.

L'eau de la piscine est très froide.
Les photos font paraître la piscine beaucoup plus grande, mais finalement, elle se trouve juste à côté du restaurant et pour s'y poser, il n'y a pas beaucoup de place, donc vite les uns sur les autres.

Le sol du restaurant est super glissant.

It was very good, excluded two things
Pros:

It was way better than a competitor in the neighbor. All the staff is very-very kind and helpful, hats-off for them. Room is very modern, nice, well-equiped, and spacious. Location is super, very close to Cala Egos, it was around 5 minutes (comforty) walk. Parking was always easy on the street in September. We got a champagne and some fruits for free during our stay. Balcony was all day in shadow, and the sight-view is also very good. It seemed they considered the specific customer and chose room based on the demands. Food was really good, various, and plenty, drink was not bad. There is fridge, water-boiler, and hair-dryer in the room (against to other comments). There were a playground for kids, small pool for kids, and three big pools for adults (one only for adults). And also many sporting opportuinites. In general it is really good hotel - I think.

Cons:

Cleaning staff came every day, but the room did not became cleaner. :) It was not that dirty, but there were some small bugs and ants. A vacuum cleaner would help a lot for them. :)
All-inclusive is not AAALL inclusive. Food was really good, but the bevarages was a pretty limited. I guess it is similar in all hotels, but a lot of better quality drinks and coctails were for money, and I think the beer was watered.

La camera molto accogliente e spaziosa

Cons:

Peccava tantissimo sulla pulizia in camera, al ristorante si deve stare molto attenti perché si rischia di scivolare, non è un difetto enorme ma l'acqua sia in camera che in piscina era salata... Animazione completamente in Francese, ero in Spagna ma non mi sembrava per nulla di esserlo nemmeno nel cibo... Persino alla serata Spagnola non era serata Spagnola... Avrei votato sentirmi in Spagna in tutto e per tutto...
