Smelly pillow bed cigarette smells 1st floor noisy room when they have lounge party no sound proof room bad attitude employe jagjit after complaining no one to listen only they say sorry we can't help manage ur self cz we sold out ... change your attitude staff coz you are just a servant ... don't show attitude cz have more then you buddy

Great service, excellent staff, very cooperative Twinkle ji very helpful good quality food with very competitive prices. located next to a very famous mall of the city. so shopping etc can be done there. close to Golden Temple. The hotel room are a little bigger as compared other hotel standard room sizes.
