The hotel has a regal ambience. Stay is comfortable, rooms are spacious, delicious food, and even staff is welcoming. Overall Hotel Regenta Central is a good choice. It's value for money.

The ambience was excellent, and the staff were extremely approachable, warm, and hospitable. This was my third visit to Amritsar, and on two occasions, I have chosen to stay at Regenta.
The food is also very good, with a wide variety of options available at the breakfast buffet. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable family stay. Its location is another big advantage, being just around 2 km from the Golden Temple.

The restaurant is nice but the hotel room wasn’t great. The room smelled of smoke continuously. The food is good but the stay wasn’t that comfortable
The experience was good having food and staying at this hotel. Also the staff was too good.
Food - food is great and food service, we really enjoyed the food here.
Location - Is nearby all tourist places and easy to commute.
Parking - no dedicated parking space , putting my vehicle outside of hotel after handover the key.
Room service - Not understand the meaning of urgency or customer needs need to follow 4-5 time then hot water start and extra mattress took almost 30 min. Totally bed service here.
Hotel room - light is too low in the room, it's hard to ready or read in the room.
Overall - only food is great other services below 3 star.
The rooms and washrooms were very clean. The services were on time. The room services were quick and precise. Especially Gulzar caught our eye, he was very polite and professional. The atmosphere and ambience were very appealing. Helpful complimentary amenities were provided. The Noise Level was fine as well, no disturbance.
The location was not the best, the view was blocked and the rooms lacked a balcony.
It was great experience at regenta central I was enjoying everything and food was delicious and service was very fast and quick and ambience was very comfortable i helley recommend visit again
