Pros:

Breakfast was nice. I have stayed in ground floor room. Pillow cover and cupboard found dirty also unable to got phone signal

I had very satisfactory stay
Pros:

Neat and clean rooms/ hotel. Very friendly staff. Near to Airport. Very nice breakfast.

Cons:

Hotel is little inside a gully. Rooms have no view.

Appearance, location. entrance and approach road all were shabby.
A star related hotel, can't be on commercial building with many other businesses, sharing the building.
No proper security arrangements were visible.
It is doubtful whether the building complies with fire fighting norms, and other civil defence requirements. The entrance, exit, corridors, etc. are too narrow and gives a feeling that you are in an unsafe place. The first feeling I had when I landed there was ,not to check in and I asked for a refund. The hotel reception didn't cooperate and asked me to talk to booking.com. I didn't have emergency contact number of booking.com in Chennai. When I requested them to help with the phone numbers, they declined.
I was forced to stay there. The room given by them was shabby. Shall share photos.
