Pros:

Location - close to Kings Park
The staff were always helpful

Cons:

- Condition of the property
- the mattress was sunken in the middle
- room wasnt clean
- could only exit via the underground car park

It was not Bad

The property is not far from the Center and the beach

Cons:

The room that was allocated to me had no cold water and was difficult to take a shower.

There are still construction in the property which make it untidy especially in the parking area

Nothing it was horrible we were harassed by the management and the 1 guest who complained about everyone in the hotel when we talk, when we laugh were not supposed to nor laughing to this hotel they even called armed security guys for us I've never ever experienced such treatment ever since I was in Durban

Cons:

The TV was not working since we arrive 3 rooms that we've booked, the beach it's far from the hotel entertainment it's far everything was far I am not going to book there ever again the room doesn't have sound proof you can hear everything from the other rooms and from the passage no privacy, I would not advise the couples to go there the whole hotel will hear everything you're doing

But thanx to Ayanda the young beautiful ladies from reception and the gentleman (security) that always working the smile on his face both of them for making us feel at ease whenever we were harassed by that monster (guest) the gentleman in room 10

i enjoyed it, loved the cleanliness & staff! 10/10
Pros:

It is very clean, i mean literally the cleaning ladies come clean each and every day, as well as change the sheets everyday.
The staff is also very accommodating and friendly.

Cons:

they don’t have any dishes or utensils in the rooms, there’s also no stove. everything is upon request so that was a bit of a bummer, at least if they had 2 of each (plate, bowl, forks, spoons)

The place, the layout and the beautiful room. It was very clean and well organized. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Best stay ever.
