Breakfast was not good at all juice was warm ,
The room was spacious, the bathroom had both the bath and the shower. The fridge in the room was a bonus.
The TV was not working for my entire stay and the parking entrance was a bit steep for lower cars

Overall, I had a good stay at Grange Gardens Hotel. The location was very convenient, especially with Windermere Centre nearby, which made it easy to access shops and essentials. I also made use of a Checkers Hyper delivery which I needed coffee and only Ricoffy sachets were provided however I forgot to get sugar upon delivery. Delivery services were very helpful during my stay.
The security guards were friendly and welcoming, which made me feel safe and comfortable. I would also like to especially mention the male staff member on night shift...his customer service and hospitality were excellent and really stood out.
There were just a few small areas that could be improved. The room is set up for two guests, but only two sugar sachets were provided, my 1at morning I was assisted and then the evening female staff was not accommodating and said the catering staff has left for the day. Cremora was used instead of milk sachets, which may not suit everyone. The bathroom bin was rusted, and the kettle lid was broken. These were minor issues, and I did not raise them during my stay, but they are worth noting for maintenance and overall guest experience. Hot water was not properly available from Wednesday check-in until Friday evening due to maintenance.
Overall, my experience was good. With a bit more attention to detail in the rooms and small amenities, the hotel could easily move from good to excellent.
Friendly staff.
We couldn't unlock the door because the card was not upgraded, we constantly had to ask the lady to open for us. The bed is very uncomfortable.
The Construction on site makes it difficult for one to stay indoors during the day. We also had to wait outside the locked gate for 20 minutes around 9pm with no one opening the gate for us. The breakfast served on site is not worth paying your money for... I don't recommend it to anyone. I had to stay because we couldn't be refunded our money.
