מלון מדהים שירותי מאוד, כל דבר שמבקשים יש פתרון, עזרו לנו המון למצוא מקומות ללכת אליהם, שמרו לנו מקומות איפה שהיה צריך, נקי מאוד, חדרים מאוד גדולים, ארוחת בוקר עם הרבה מבחר ואין ספק שנחזור, המיקום מצויין! 7 דק הליכה מהרחוב הראשי ולכל מקום שנסענו מקסימום 20 דקות מלון ברמה גבוהה בהחלט נחזור

I had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Winter Park Hotel and was extremely satisfied with my experience.

The staff at the reception were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Whenever I had any questions or needed assistance — even with things that were not directly related to the hotel — they were always quick to help and did their best to find a solution. I really appreciated their attitude and professionalism.

The breakfast was absolutely outstanding! A special mention goes to the gentleman preparing the omelets — he was like a magician! Everything was delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care.

Overall, I am very happy with my stay and can highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, wonderful staff, and a fantastic breakfast.

I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Baku.

The location and the comfort in the room

Cons:

Staff communication gap they are not concerned about the guest at all not updated about the guests details if they've extended or not paid or not all they care about is money so stupid behavior of the manager and the staff specially Süleyman and manager afsana if they remain managers hotel will be closed soon they need to learn hospitality which they dont know at all
. . Rude havior I have no words I extended my room for couple of days more they weren't updated they started calling me early morning 2 3 times then they started smashing my door as soon as I opened the door staff shouting at.me and on asking y aren't u guys updated about the bookings I've made he asked me to shut up in short they dont have manners do not care about customers at all
