Pros:

Very friendly staff and helpful.
It was a lovely room with a balcony over looking the sea.
Breakfast was very good, one of the best
Also, the restaurant was very good too.

Cons:

The only thing I would like is to have the facility to have coffee or tea in my room

Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt im Hotel

Das Hotel hat eine hübsche Lage
Das Essen ist hervorragend

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt und die Betten werden nicht gerichtet. Im Bad gibt es für 4Handtücher nur 3 Haken.
Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Wir haben vor Ort die Zimmer Kategorie gewechselt, da das Standardzimmer sehr dunkel war. Ansonsten ist das Hotel sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Lage hervorragend.

Pros:

Service und das Essen waren super, auch das Frühstück ist beeindruckend...die Lage ist zwar etwas abseits von Emden, wer aber Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben....

Cons:

Unser Zimmer hatte immer noch Teppichboden ( Chic der 70er )....
heute ist Laminatboden eigentlich Standard....
Kaum Ablage im Badezimmer....
Zimmer sind sehr klein, ausreichend für ein - zwei Nächte, aber keinesfalls für einen Urlaub....
die Matratzen sind recht schmal, aber bequem...

Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und vielseitig, auch am Abend kann man sehr gut Speisen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer im Zimmer Nr. 3, ist sehr klein, man könnte auch sagen winzig. Für ältere und korpulente Personen ist dieses Badezimmer nicht geeignet. Während dem Toillettengang, kann man sich sogar im sitzen am Waschbecken die Zähne putzen.
