Muy lindo y limpio. Excelente atención por parte del personal de recepción.

Cons:

Lo único fue que la base de la cama es de un material tipo cuero y se estaban cayendo los pedazos. Con un toddler que todo agarra y se lleva a la boca esto era algo estresante ya que por todos lados se despegaba.

O quarto era acolhedor e confortável

Cons:

Entrei no quarto às 4 h manhã vinda do hospital e o meu marido que ainda lá ficou só chegou ao alojamento às 6 h da manhã ( não lhe foi facultado outra chave) o que implicou eu ter de lhe abrir a porta. O pequeno almoço às 9h30 não tinha quase nada. Pão tive de pedir e veio o resto foi dito que já não havia

Avisamos que era nuestro aniversario y prepararon la cama con flores y corazones, muy guay, el desayuno muy completo y todo super bien, boca de metro al lado, un restaurante italiano buenísimo cerca, todo perfecto

Pros:

Limpeza e atendimento superaram as expectativas, desde a recepção até o café da manhã. A equipe do do Chef do Restaurante foi muito bem treinada e me surpreendeu com a atenção aos detalhes do Sr. Bruno ao arrumar uma mesa!!! A senhorita que nos avisou sobre o horário de encerramento também foi muito atenciosa. Parabéns pela alta qualidade dos funcionários!

Cons:

Só pude ficar um dia no hotel! Mas na próxima vinda à Lisboa, certamente vou me hospedar no Fenicius!

Simplement parfait!
Pros:

Que du positif. Personnel attentionné et sympathique. Parfaite propreté. Chambre confortable. Emplacement idéal dans Lisbonne pour qui aime marcher, situé à 1 km des attraits touristiques; station de métro à 2 pas de l’hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Parking privé sous l’hôtel à prix raisonnable. J’y retournerais sans hésiter.
