Top Frühstück, Zimmer und Housekeeping mit Optimierungsbedarf
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Gute Lage direkt am Fluss. Supermarkt direkt neben dem Hotel und gratis Snacks (kleines Gebäck vom Frühstück, Tee und Kaffee) umsonst an der Rezeption.

Cons:

Mangel im Housekeeping. Handtücher nicht einmal getauscht in 7 Nächten. Ich brauche nicht jeden Tag frische Handtücher, aber wenn nach der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes ein Handtuch auf dem Boden liegt und dennoch 4 weitere Tage dort liegen gelassen wird, dann ist das nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Bereits beim Check-in hatte die Duschwand großflächig Kalkflecken. Sofa sehr durchgesessen und mit Flecken.
