The staff of Shahnawaz and Santosh among so many others were exceptional. They all took the facilities experience and food to a whole new level. The ambience and greenery of the whole place was great. The pool room layout was well thought of with outside bathroom access. The service with a smile and initiative of every staff member right from the buggy driver to our checkout manager was among the best we have encountered anywhere. The spa is a must do. We enjoyed the massages and the attention to details. We loved our stay and will surely return.

If I could give Alila Fort Bishangarh more than 5 stars, I would. Honestly, if I could stay here forever, I would—it is just that good.
We stayed in the Villa with Private Pool category, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. The room itself, the private pool, and the spacious washrooms were stunning and impeccably clean. The noise level across the property was so wonderfully peaceful that we could actually hear the birds chirping in the morning. Overall, the amenities, cleanliness, and level of service are simply unmatched.
The food across the entire property is outstanding. The Hi-Tea, breakfast, and dinner aren't just meals—they are full sensory experiences that celebrate authentic flavors with world-class preparation. You absolutely have to try Nazaara for dinner—their banging Rajasthani cuisine is an incredible experience under the stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The hotel offers a truly luxurious experience with beautiful rooms, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the incredibly generous, courteous, and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making it a perfect getaway. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful experience with this hyatt hotel. Loved every bit, personalised welcome, staff was exceptional, property is heritage so it will give you historic vibes. Cherry on the top was the dinner buffet with their cultural performances. Awesome food. Must stay!

Located conveniently at about 200 kms from Delhi for a short trip. Very large property and thus lot of open space and green vegetation and gives you closer to nature kind of feel. Very spacious room with large sitting areas and bathrooms. Unfortunately no balconies thus a bit closed kind of feel. The corridors have very dim light and no natural lights, thus need to very careful specially on stairs. I went in Off season of July and thus prices seems a bit on higher side. Food was exceptionally good and authentic. Natural flavors of Rajasthani cuisine specially at breakfast, backed by excellent service and staff. Generally a nice well maintained property with good ambience and surroundings.

There are amazing hotels and then there is Alila Fort Bishangarh. This hands down might be one of the best hotel experiences in India and an extremely big factor was the stellar service throughout the property. Properties like this are the reason I love Hyatt program. They really went all out to ensure I had an amazing stay. I really felt pampered. Service was also swift when needed. I had an absolute amazing 5 day stay with pure luxury in every area. The attention to detail was pretty meticulate.
We went to celebrate our Anniversary celebration, and team organized an amazing surprise to the room. Special thanks to Sakshawaz and Rhytem for organizing an amazing surprise.
As a Globalist, I genuinely appreciated the complimentary suite upgrade which made our stay very special, and thoroughly loved the refreshments offered in the room including a delicious cake.
The property itself is pretty huge with the fort having an amazing presence. It was a delight to see the fort both day and nighttime. The preservation of fort while insuring a 5-star experience was incredible
The HI tea offering was pretty good as well. We had some good appetizers as well as some amazing tea.
The pool was pretty good as well with scenic view of the hills.
Dining Highlights:
•Nazaara: The Evening Dinner at Nazaara was easily the best highlight. The Shekhawat/Rajput hunter-style cooking over sandpits and open fire pits was an incredible experience. There are too many dishes to recommended but the Laal Maas is the must have fore sure. Incredible service as well

• Amarsar: Breakfast was amazing. We tried so many dishes including the authentic thali. We had some amazing dishes at Amarsar and my parents really enjoyed the cooking. They even gave us an amazing ice cream sampler made from jaggery which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Hyatt for us is usually associated with trust and exceptional hospitality. We have stayed in Hyatt properties all over the world and so to mark the end of summer vacations for my son, we decided to stay at Alila Fort Bishangarh. We had been planning to visit Alila for a while now and boy did they let us down royally. We booked two rooms with breakfast included. When we arrived and checked in, we were tole by Moshmi our host that we have been upgraded and that one meal either dinner or lunch is not included in our package. Since the meal wasnt a part of our original booking, we confirmed twice with her to that effect and she confirmed the same thing twice. We even asked her which restaurant we can go to for the said meal and do we need to book in advance. She said we could just walk into any restaurant. All was good. We had a wonderful time and today while checking out we were charged for the supposed free meal that was told to us was a part of the upgrade..when we confronted Moshmi she flatly refused she ever mentioned the meal inclusion. And mind you this is after confirming with her twice the previous day. The Manager Mr. Rahul Meena graciously told us what our original package was and conveniently ignored the fact that their employee had miscommunicated about the meal inclusion and ruined the whole experience of Alila for us. And on top of that we were overcharged for the food. The lesson we learnt from this was do not trust the word of anyone when they say they are giving you a free upgrade..get it in writing with all the inclusions that come with the said upgrade.

Within 30 mins of check in, I was cross sold 4 times: upgrade is not possible as rooms are full but if you pay extra rooms can be made available, extra bed payment extra, u forgot to pay for 1 child (it was already paid) etc etc. The idea upon check-in was to squeeze as much more money as you can despite paying 35k for a night stay. Very poor management.

The property itself is good, rooms are large, set up is nice.

We had a lovely time at the hike, lunch at daawat where we cooked, offroading with high tea and the rooftop dinners. Staff went out of their way to make us feel comfy and take care of our needs. Warm and friendly and beautiful fort.

This majestic fort hotel lies at a distance of about 90 minutes’ drive from Jaipur. It’s a ‘warrior fort’, unlike the pretty palaces that usually end up as heritage hotels. Over 250 years old and recently restored, Alila Fort Bishanarh is located on a hilltop. The walls are thick, the bastions obviously meant to deter invaders. The lowermost levels even have some of the bedrock showing through in places.

Private cars are not allowed up to the fort. You park at the foot of the hill, where a large expanse of land includes other parts of the property: the reception area, pool, organic farm, tents, villas, party spaces, and so on. From here, golf carts are available to ferry guests to and from the fort (though it’s actually not very far or very difficult to climb).

I had a suite on the 7th floor. The room was part of a corner bastion, with the bedroom in the circular bastion, the sitting area in the main body of the fort. A huge room, and a proportionately large bathroom (with shower stall, bathtub, two wash basins). All the amenities you would expect of a luxury hotel, including a very delectable array of in-house, freshly-made savoury and sweet snacks.

There is a spa, a restaurant (Amarsara), and an outdoor deck (Nazara) where there is a daily dinner buffet of local food accompanied by a folk music performance. Jeeps are available to take you on tours in the vicinity.

I really loved this place. It’s hugely atmospheric, and extremely comfortable. The staff are attentive and friendly. Overall, easily one of the best heritage hotels I’ve been to.

What stuns you when you reach the Alila Fort, Bishangarh, Jaipur is the hospitality and the warmth the staff exudes.
Location wise the fort is on the top of a hill so you don’t have city noises to disturb you. The infinity pool is clean and the area so serene it unwinds and relaxes infinitely!
The staff— specially Mr Avishek, Mr Shivraj the chef, Mr Hemant Kumar, Ms Anisha, Ms Prabhjot and the master in the bar Mr Kishan doing the bestest Picante.. have ensured the stay is super relaxed. Whenever you need a relaxing time come to Alila Fort Bishangarh and u will go back a changed human.

This hotel has great rooms and very supportive staff. Food quality is very good and activities especially dune bashing are very engaging. Hotel is unique in having a dedicated person for every room to whom you can reach out to for all your needs. This makes it super easy to navigate the property. Overall a fun and very relaxing experience.

We chose Alila Fort Bishangarh for our Anniversary staycation, and it was our one the best memorable experiences.

It is located 60km away from the jaipur city in bishangarh village and very easily accessible by road.

At the front desk, we were welcomed by Ms Prabhjot, who welcomed us so warmly and she was attentive throughout the stay over whatsapp or a call.

We stayed in a pool villa with jacuzzi and backyard and it has all the required amenities, complete privacy, neat and clean rooms, very peacefull and serene, overall everything was perfect.

We also did the morning hike with babulal ji yogi, he was incredibly calm and knowledgeable and very connected with the history and surroundings of that area.

We also booked a couple's Spa sesson and it was absolutely amazing, easily one of the best part of the stay. I unfortunately don't remember the therapists' names but they were exceptional.

Food was another amazing part of our experience, we dined at both their restaurents Nazaara the rooftop and Amarsar which serves all the cuisines. Also on the second night, we arrived quite late at Amarsar but the team still welcomed us and made sure we had a proper meal. That gesture meant a lot.

Overall, we are truly overwhelmed with love, care and effort put in by the entire team of Alila Bishangarh.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for an experience-driven stay.

Excellent Experience! Very well maintain Fort property. Great food in buffet as well as à la carte. Staff was very courteous and took care of us at every step be it restaurants, High Tea, Activities!
They went 'Above & Beyond' serving us that's what created an Everlasting impact on us !
