Very good breakfast ! Shikha was great at her job
Dinner was okayish
Unique, tasteful, beautiful rooms and facilities. Keya our assistant was excellent and attentive as was our waiter at dinner Anup.
Ambiguity about tipping; some attempts to upsell services that we didn’t ask for; no cigars available.
Everything was exceptional!
One rarely finds a hotel which is a 10/10 in all aspects.
We highly recommend everyone to visit this property either for a vacation or wedding event.
This is a beautiful report that is well maintained and offers incredible dining experiences. Their breakfast is to die for. The staff is courteous and make sure that you get the best possible service. Highly recommended for a weekend trip near Delhi/Jaipur.
Alles bestens ☺️sehr schöne Lage. Das Personal ermöglicht alles. Top Küche 🤩 super Jeep Safari.
Pool könnte ein bisschen wärmer sein, ist aber aufgrund der Jahreszeit normal.
My stay at Alila Fort was truly lovely. Located in a quiet village, this fort felt like the perfect place to slow down and take a break from everyday life. Even though it was a short stay, it was very memorable. The staff is warm and caring, and they really make you feel comfortable. The rooms are beautifully done cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed while keeping the charm of the fort alive.
One of my favorite parts of the stay was the evening at the rooftop restaurant. The cocktails were great, the traditional food was delicious, and the live folk music made the whole experience feel special and relaxed.
A special thank you to Siddharth from the F&B team, who took such good care of me and made sure I tried local specialties. His hospitality added a very personal touch to my stay.
Alila Fort is more than just a hotel it’s a peaceful escape, and I would love to come back again.
Awesome property. Very friendly staff. Was there for a wedding celebration. They jave a very good spa (not to be missed). Loved the whole experience.
I was here on all an all girls trip and it was a fantastic experience! The property is beautiful with majestic views. The lively music at Nazara and the activities at high-tea including pottery making, feeding bunnies etc. were memorable. The staff members were so helpful and kind especially Keya, Santosh, Pankaj, Sakshi and Gaurav! They were always attentive to our needs. Loved the complimentary cakes.
Overall, a wonderful getaway from Delhi!
Only recommendation is that the they can make the pool temperature controlled.

More importantly our preferences, our requests were so well understood and taken care off.
We were here for a very special day. Our first marriage anniversary. We feel pleasure that we chose this property. They all were there to make it special. Spa was amazing. Dinner at nazara was wonderfully setup.

We chose Alila Fort Bishangarh to celebrate our anniversary with our 3-month-old infant, and it exceeded every expectation. This stunning heritage property delivered impeccable hospitality that made traveling with a baby not just manageable, but truly enjoyable.
Deepanshu and Manas reached out proactively before our stay to understand our needs and help plan our special occasion. Recognizing we were traveling with an infant, Deepanshu thoughtfully prepared a customized itinerary and assisted with all bookings for dining, spa, and experiences. He also took time to explain our Amex FHR and Globalist benefits, ensuring we maximized our stay.
Upon arrival, we received a personal welcome from Deepanshu and Chef Raghuveer, who set the tone for what would be extraordinary care throughout our stay. Both Chef Raghuveer and Chef Rahul checked in on us regularly, graciously offering to prepare anything we desired, even beyond their menu.
We stayed in the Regal Suite which was a corner suite, very spacious and comfortable with excellent views of the village.
We enjoyed all our meals across the property's multiple restaurants, and the thoughtfulness of the restaurant staff truly stood out. Souvik, Sakshi, and Avishek took exceptional care of us over several days, making it possible to genuinely enjoy our dining experiences despite having an infant with us. Their attentiveness included providing excellent recommendations on authentic Rajasthani cuisine, customizing dishes to our preferences, reserving the best tables for our family, and thoughtfully offering to serve buffet dishes directly to my wife at the table while she cared for our baby. These small but meaningful gestures made all the difference. The buffet at Nazaara was exceptional with focus on Rajasthani cuisine which is paired along with live music at the rooftop. Breakfast was at Amarsar which included a buffet along with a long list of made-to-order items spread across Rajasthani, South Indian, and continental cuisine. We had lunches at haveli where the dishes are inspired by the Silk Route - we loves their take on including healthier ingredients in their dishes like mixed grain risotto, nachani pizza and methi tacos.
A highlight of our stay was the fort and farm tours led by Shahnawaz. His passion and extensive knowledge about the fort's history and Rajasthan's rich heritage made the experience both engaging and deeply insightful.
Our spa therapies were relaxing and personalized to our preferences, thanks to the expertise of Chianjai and the spa team.
Our final day overlapped with a wedding celebration at the property. Despite the staff being immersed in extensive preparations, they never made us feel overlooked. The team continued to provide the same attentive, personalized care right until our departure.
Alila Fort Bishangarh is perfect for families, including those traveling with infants. The combination of breathtaking heritage architecture, exceptional cuisine, and genuinely caring service makes this property special. Every team member we encountered was dedicated to making our anniversary celebration memorable. We left feeling thoroughly cared for and cannot wait to return.
Stunning property, great location, amazingly restored architecture. Good things end there.
1. Food - horrible
(especially the breakfast, the idlis were so hard that I could break the walls with it), 2.Management - arrogant (guys, learn to be polite. We aren’t staying there for free). Some staffs were really friendly & polite but many ( mostly the higher management) were rude. They need to fix their attitude.
I thought I was the only person disappointed with this place but I heard so many people complaining and also writing bad reviews while checking out.
So it’s a ‘never again’ place for me.
Staff was amazing, specially Shobhit & Gaurav provide excellent experience in dinner. In morning, santosh did great job serving us.
Amenities can be slightly more better.
The staff is exceptional! Right from our personal concierge designated for each guest, Shivendra, was exceptionally courteous and warm. The buggy drivers to the fort from the reception, the spa - Beena and Zalano and the young person from Arunachal, were fabulous as was the food, the cooks and the bearers.
It’s an interesting place, the architectural revival of the place quite spectacular. And yes, it comes at a price.
The inside of the fully air conditioned warrior fort, hence the lack of balconies, has a minimal aesthetic which is pleasing. It does have too many steps, which may be unavoidable BUT, the ground and first floor should be better lit. The walls need more ropes and rails to hang on to. Wearing the bedroom slippers is an absolute no! The husband slipped in the slippers on the steps wet with rain. It could have been worse. We met another member of staff who had slipped and was in pain.
So, better lighting all round, even if it’s mood, and an alacarte menu for the terrace bar would make the stay far more memorable.
A perfect getaway for those seeking peace, luxury, and a touch of royal history. Very courteous staff, very much dedicated towards guest service. Special Thanks to Rahul & Sakshi.
