Wonderful property in the heart of Samara
Pros:

Our casita was great and had all of the amenities we needed. The pools, especially the main pool area, a relaxing way to cool off and it was quiet most of the time so it felt like we had our own private pool. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

This property is a 10, we scored a 9 just because of our bed in villa #9. It would be ok to handle for a night or two, but we had a six day stay and did not have one restful nights sleep. The bed is hard like sleeping on plywood. We had to fold our duvet and place it underneath our shoulders and hips. After speaking with other guests (that told us their beds were good) we think it might be just the bed in villa #9. Please upgrade this mattress for future guests. We normally wouldn’t complain about this but our backs were very sore after our stay.

Convenient location. Not a “fancy” property though well maintained. Nice to have a kitchen and room to spread out.
Pros:

Great location close to town. Spacious unit. Welcoming staff.

Cons:

Our unit didn’t have much outside sitting space The mattress was very hard.

Had a very lovely and relaxing stay…. Would come back again.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Property is beautiful. Staff were friendly. Kitchen well equipped. Breakfast onsite was great and convenient.

Cons:

Mattresses were not very comfortable. Wifi cut out frequently in the villa. Lots of ants and mosquitoes in the villa…. all got many mosquito bites at night.

Tout ! Les petites villas avec la terrasse privée. Super bien équipées. Ménage super efficace. Belle piscine creusée. Épicerie juste a côté. Café aussi.

Teils gut, Teils weniger gut .......
Pros:

Die vielen Bungalows stehen auf einem ziemlich kleinen Grundstück, in einem sehr schön angelegten Garten, aber trotzdem nur wenig einsehbar - sehr schön. Man ist zentral im Ort, gegenüber ein großer Supermarkt und hat max. 5 Min. Fußweg zum Strand.

Cons:

- nur 5 Parkplätze innen, der Rest muss an der Straße Parken
- die Villa mit Gartenblick war für uns 2 Personen schön groß, hatte aber wenig an Ausstattung, es wirkte alles alt und einfach. Es gab innen keinen Tisch und keine Stühle, nur 3 wie zusammengeschraubte Paletten - sie waren gut als Kofferablage zu verwenden.
- die Terrasse war gut eingerichtet, nur bei 29 Grad und hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit kaum zu nutzen, da halfen auch die Ventilatoren nichts
- hierfür ist der Preis extrem überteuert. Alle unsere teils sehr gut und komplett ausgestatteten Häuser auf unserer Tour, lagen bei etwa 100 Euro die Nacht. Hier waren es 150 Euro die Nacht, für innen sehr wenig an Komfort?
- auch sehr ärgerlich war. Man sitzt Abends außen, mit Blick auf den schönen Garten, aber da wird schon 21 Uhr das komplette Licht in der Anlage abgeschaltet, dass zieht auf der Terrasse, im einzigen Licht gut die Mücken an.
