Pros:

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was in the centre of town. The breakfast was OK.

Cons:

The rooms - especially the bathroom part needed a deep clean. Or even better completely refurbished. The shower head had mould all over it and there was gunk in the corners of the shower area. Our sheets were very stained but the staff were happy to change them. Which they did quickly & efficiently.

Hyatt is down the road, might as well spend a little more and stay there!
Pros:

The staffs are helpful! The breakfast spread is nice and there are options to choose from but needs to be refilled in a timely manner. Location is great and gojek/grab drivers will arrive pretty quickly.

Cons:

As soon as you walk in, the hotel lobby smells like socks/wet laundry and there's no ventilation unless if the sliding door is automatically open. The lift also has no ventilation, it gets hot in it. The towels we were given (multiple times after asking for a change) stank like body odour or cigarettes and the quality of the towels is run down/old, it needs replacing. The bathroom has the same flooring as other parts of the room and it can get slippery. The bathroom is mouldy with the showerhead being mouldy as well.

It was advertised that there will be a fridge but we had no fridge in our room... at all, just an empty space (see photo 3).

Cleanliness should be a big part of a 3 star hotel (at the very least) but it wasn't even considered. The hotel needs major upgrades for the rooms, lifts etc.

Overall despite these experience, the staffs are great helped where they could (not much they can do) but I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Lidt slidt, men værdi for pengene
Pros:

Ibis Styles er et lidt slidt hotel, lagener og håndklæder er slidte og trænger til at blive fornyet. Der er en stor morgenmadsbuffet, udmærket. Svømmepølen er OK, men der mangler nogle mere behagelige solsenge. Placeringen tæt ved Ratu Mall og tæt på Centrepoint Indonesia er perfekt.
