It was walkable to the Rowza but didn't like the hotel at all, such as their staff, services, and cleanliness.

Property location was good with loads of restaurants nearby.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. I didn’t even spend 10 minutes and left the property right away and spent my trip days at a different hotel. I wasted so much money for this place and didn’t spend a single hour over there. Dirty dirty washrooms , dirty bedsheets, there was such a bad smell inside the rooms. Didn’t spend more than 10 minutes and left right away got another hotel. I’m looking for a refund. Hotel management SUCKS

It is an older hotel yes, however the staff were amazing particularly the restaurant staff at breakfast, and the location is so close to the Masjid. Great value for money and would definitely stay again.

This hotel is really busy and people are waiting in the lobby almost every day. The location is great and the free breakfast is a good option. Our room was noisy and I thought we booked the double room according to the description. Room service is non existent they will only clean the room when you leave they don’t clean unless you are there. I will not stay at this hotel. The only reason we stayed we could not find a budget friendly hotel near the masjid which was the only plus point. The room we received was very noisy not for the light sleeper. Male staff was very accommodating the female staff had an attitude not sure why. I would recommend allowing guests to check in earlier and give the option of room service. Again, location is the best and Asian staff was nice.

The area

The front desk staff were rude and lacked customer service. The main reason we chose this hotel was its walkable distance to the Prophet’s Mosque, especially compared to other available options.

The hotel room was packed with four single bed, and nobody can navigate through beds. The house keeper never showed up to clean the bathroom and vacuum the carpet. The save was not functioning, we requested someone to come and look at it, but they said they have contact the electrician. The check in took more than an hour and we have been there from 2:00 pm and they can’t check you until 4:00 very strict about that.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location as it was just a 3 min walk from Masjid e Nabwi. The room service guys were very helpful apart from them the rest of staff was terrible.

I rather sleep on the street this place is one of dirtiest in Madinah Kids running around in the corridor around midnight noisy ac is not working right it was a nightmare think twice before you book this place

The house keeping service doesn’t exist.

I did not like any thing, very disappointing.

The only advantage that this hotel has is its close place to masjid al haram. Our room was very dirty. By accident I found that the curtains were dusty. Not to mention the smell of sheets. The staff members were not professional and disrespectful and opportunistic especially when they realise you need to extend one more day, they increase the price.

The stay was not good

Location was great. Only minutes from Haram. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful. However, room was missing the tea cattle and the related stuff. As well, there was no toaster available for breakfast which was disappointment.

Don't speak English on the reception ,they don't take any attention,we were ill for few days because of not working properly Aircon we asked to change a room they said we haven't got any room available,they said we'll send electrician but electrician never turned up ,one of the cleaner said all 14 floors Aircon is working like that only 1st & 2nd floor are working alright ,we try to asked them to get on that floor but no chance,
