It was ok but expected better. I have stayed at this location before.
Pros:

Very friendly staff except they didn’t bill me correctly. We wanted it divided in half on 2 cc. They billed the full ant on just one. Spoke to them in person on this too.

Cons:

Lobby very clean. Room needed attention. Had to ask twice for clean towels. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should have been. Bathroom sink was clogged, didn’t drain until we called front desk. No bathroom sink stopper, broken, bathroom door doesn’t stay open.

Pros:

The breakfast was ok.
The staff was better, isabella, mitch, and derrick they was friendly and went over board and beyond to make our stay perfect!!

Pros:

The suite was big. The gym was quite good.

Cons:

The windows didn't open, so difficult to air the room. The rooms are only serviced every 2 days - and service doesn't include making the bed. The air conditioning is a machine next to the bed and is very loud.
