Pros:

It was very close to everything we planned to do in Minnesota, including food, entertainment, personal activities, and business. Clean and comfortable hotel

Cons:

A couple of staff members weren't friendly, but I know why.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were a great size. Very comfortable having kids with. We didnt feel cramped in a room having to all sit on beds. There was a couch and plenty of room for as all to have space to relaxe.
Kind of a bummer thete was no bath tub only a shower. Not so great for younger kids. But tye shower and bathroom were nice.
The little fire going outside at night with the couches was very nice to sit by for a little bit .
We stayed here because we had a very early appt with children's and it was so nice to be a le to just walk right over there.
We woukd definitely stay here again

When your luggage is stolen all my thoughts are negative. Get some cameras on the outside of the property.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact that you don't have any cameras to see who stole my luggage and other items that were in my car.

It was very good.
Pros:

The room was exceptional in that it included a couch and a kitchenette which I was not expecting.

Cons:

Finding another mans/occupants underwear under the end of my bed. That was a tad unsettling. The number of unruly, loud and obnoxious children present due to a hockey tournament which I understand. But the running up and down the halls early in the morning?

It was ok but expected better. I have stayed at this location before.
Pros:

Very friendly staff except they didn’t bill me correctly. We wanted it divided in half on 2 cc. They billed the full ant on just one. Spoke to them in person on this too.

Cons:

Lobby very clean. Room needed attention. Had to ask twice for clean towels. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should have been. Bathroom sink was clogged, didn’t drain until we called front desk. No bathroom sink stopper, broken, bathroom door doesn’t stay open.

Pros:

The breakfast was ok.
The staff was better, isabella, mitch, and derrick they was friendly and went over board and beyond to make our stay perfect!!
