Would recommend this hotel to everyone.
Pros:

As a solo traveller I felt safe and secure. Double locks on the doors. It is clean, inviting and food is great. The staff went above and beyond during my stay and I cannot thank them enough.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Great rooms nice and big. The meal at dinner was delicious and the staff in all areas were lovely. Nice coffee shop/ bar to sit down at as well. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Being on the ground floor the noise from the above room was very noticeable and was unfortunately a nuisance for many hours into the night and early morning.

Very peaceful, relaxing few days within easy reach of anywhere I wanted to go.

It was comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

On arrival the receptionist made us feel comfortable as she was very helpful. We only used the restaurant for evening meals and generally we were happy although as experienced in the past Sunday's meal can be variable (the meat in the steak and ale pie was tough.) They often go unnoticed but the cleaners were brilliant as they were so flexible.

Cons:

Tough meat in my steak and ale pie also a little too salty. The lift was not working although on the other hand my partner said multi use of the stairs was good exercise.

Perfect hotel for your every occasion

This wasn’t our first stay in a hotel in Kilmarnock, but we shall always book our future stays at the Park Hotel.

Reception staff are helpful with arranging further bookings for me.
Restaurant staff are lovely
Having stayed there for last few months every week I feel like they have got to know me and we have a little banter.
Housekeepers work hard to keep the rooms spotless
Food is always excellent
It is the staff that make the hotel what it is.
