There accounts system made life difficult for our party of people and £75 deputies for evening meal not acceptable evening staff very unhelpful morning staff especially good
The price we all paid different prices for the rooms paying for our meals was not easy
Everything was amazing
Breakfast in the room there wasn't much on the plate! Which was a shame as it was really enjoyable the one rasher with a few other little bits that was on my plate.
Great location and easy to locate alongside the Kilmarnock football ground. Plenty of parking directly in front of the hotel.
Nothing
Friendly staff. Good price for the 2 days we stayed.
Very noisy floorboards on rooms above us. The guest in room above us was up very early morning 5.00am, it woke us up when they were walking around their room.
Rooms were excellent.
Bed was a bit lumpy as it was 2 singles pushed together
The 2 drinks in the blues restaurant were flat. Food was excellent.
Drinks in the pavilion bar was a lot better
The rooms were big and clean
Bet was comfy with four pillows. Hotel has great sound proof from the outside as there was a function on and couldn't heat it.
The shower head is dirty but most get like that but should be cleaned. Having only Aspal cider as your only unfavourable cider is criminal. Its the worst and we had to leave and go up to town to get more variety. Also £17.75 for one pint of cider and one glass of Prosecco is quite frankly disgusting. Im all for everyone making money but the full bottle of Prosecco can be bought for less than £10 at a shop. Appalling should not be more than £6.50. Shame on you!
All staff are very attentive. From reception to restaurant staff.
I have been coming here for several months with work and wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.
The staff were excellent. The room was well equipped but felt a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. The bed was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were a poor standard. It was spotlessly clean and the tea/Coffe facilities well stocked and plentiful.
The hallways and public areas are in need of repair: duct tape on the carpets and cracks in the floor tiles. Doors in need of re varnishing, repair. Breakfast was mainly processed foods at the buffet.
The lift was broken and my son couldn’t walk well at all, nor could he see properly.navigatingthe heavy doors with luggage and helping my son was very difficult.the staff did all they could. The bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned properly. We had no kettle fora warm drink. The chocolate brownie sundae was excellent.
The breakfast was really disappointing. Haggis was not the real thing. The potatoe cake was tough.
Ideal location for my work
Room was cold
The breakfast was OK, .
We received very good service from Doreen.
We used the Pavillion which was very golf.
We found Blues restaurant very comfortable, the food was perfect and we received exemplary pleasant service throughout from Laura.
The coffee machine, long queues due to only one person able to use it at one time.
Friendly staff, very clean and great food
Everything was great.
Every single thing was exceptional! The private dining party on the evening food, staff all excellent. Our rooms fantastic, the staff throughout the hotel amazing and breakfast lovely.
The lift out of order was a pain for our evening of private dining as it was upstairs and we had elderly people with walking difficulties, but it couldn’t of been helped..
Evening meal was awesome
The lift was out of order, The signage to the room number absent at the top of the stairs
GREAT ROOM, STAFF FRIENDLY, BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT..
NOTHING!!
