No air conditioning or fan in room. Was uncomfortably hot.
Wooden tables at breakfast look a bit tired
ROOM: Good sized television in the room, comfortable bed, good sized room, heater adjustable to the weather.
BREAKFAST: Very good choice, excellent service, very clean, Hot tea but the breakfast fry very dry as if it had been precooked, otherwise very happy
No TV in the bar as we would have liked to watch the World Cup and Wimbledon while having a nightcap drink before retiring to bed.
Room was very well appointed, and very clean, in fact, the whole of the hotel was superb.
Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent, and good value. Food we had was simple, but very well cooked and presented. Sticky toffee pudding was the best that I have had for a long time.
Breakfast was reasonable.
Staff were very good, and they were polite and professional.

The lift was out of order got told on the day I use crutch it sore going up down did ask for ground floor but all was booked up .they don’t have walk in showers either had difficulty getting in out bath thought they would have put some in since was here last time

Lift out of action. This was out of action on two separate stays. One one occasion my room had to be moved to ground floor.

The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The breakfasts have plenty of choice to suit all tastes and the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Parking is easy.
