Attractive well run hotel with great staff and food.
Pros:

When we arrived the receptionist noticed we both had walking sticks she said that they had allocated a first floor room but the lift was out of order so she changed the allocated room for a ground floor room. The room had bath robes slippers an a nespreso machine for coffee teas and good quality biscuits. The breakfast was lovely and cooked to order which was better than our previous visit when it was a buffet. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros:

All staff members are super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was really good, and the room was clean and comfortable. This is my second visit to Scotland and both times I used this hotel, and I will definitely stay there again..

When coming to Kilmarnock it has to be the park hotel it’s a no brainier

Very comfortable stay and a good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Unfortunately we didn’t know the lift wasn’t working and we were in the first floor. My husband has poor mobility so it was a bit disappointing.

Pros:

the room was excellent, spacious, clean, good size TV and bathroom, comfortable bed

Cons:

The fry for breakfast was a little stale as if it had been cooked awhile and then heated up, otherwise, the breakfast was excellent. I was sorry that there was not a TV in the bar area as The World Cup and Wimbledon were on at the time.

Pros:

Locatie met gratis parkeren. Ideaal om vanuit het hotel naar het station te lopen (20 minuten) om bijvoorbeeld Glasgow te bezoeken.

Cons:

De hotelkamer is redelijk gedateerd. Voor een 4 sterrenhotel verwacht je meer faciliteiten.
Het ontbijt was continentaal en erg eenvoudig, weinig keuze en kwaliteit van het eten kan beter.

Lovely hotel, room was a great size with a comfy bed and good facilities (coffee machine and the refillable water jug - filtered tap water available at all times to use)
Shower over bath was good, nice temperature and pressure.
Opted for breakfast on the last morning, "wee breakfast" came with one sausage, two bits of bacon, fried egg, plenty of mushrooms, make your own toast, and tea/coffee and juice.
Dinner one night, lovely fresh food, good portion sizes and reasonably priced.

Cons:

The noise from the corridor. The bedroom doors aren't sound proof so we were disturbed every night and every morning.

Whilst it didn't impact us specifically, the lift wasn't working our whole stay, and the corridor doors were narrow and heavy. We helped some elderly guests a few times to get in and out with a wheelchair, and some other guests with suitcases. Didn't feel overly accessible.

This is a fun place to stay and very good value
Pros:

This was a very different environment to any of the hotels we stayed at during our tour of Scotland. To have a football stadium next door or even attached was a bit of fun when we booked but it proved to be very successful. The bedroom was modern and light with an excellent bathroom. We enjoyed a good meal downstairs in the restaurant and for breakfast. The place is lively and we enjoyed ourselves. The staff were mainly young and helpful. Overall, the stay was very good value.

Cons:

The lift wasn’t working and it was a long corridor to our room.
