Very average and underwhelming
Pros:

It was comfortable and enjoyable
Pros:

On arrival the receptionist made us feel comfortable as she was very helpful. We only used the restaurant for evening meals and generally we were happy although as experienced in the past Sunday's meal can be variable (the meat in the steak and ale pie was tough.) They often go unnoticed but the cleaners were brilliant as they were so flexible.

Cons:

Tough meat in my steak and ale pie also a little too salty. The lift was not working although on the other hand my partner said multi use of the stairs was good exercise.

Perfect hotel for your every occasion
Pros:

This wasn’t our first stay in a hotel in Kilmarnock, but we shall always book our future stays at the Park Hotel.

Pros:

All staff are very friendly
Reception staff are helpful with arranging further bookings for me.
Restaurant staff are lovely
Having stayed there for last few months every week I feel like they have got to know me and we have a little banter.
Housekeepers work hard to keep the rooms spotless
Food is always excellent
It is the staff that make the hotel what it is.

Great stay, lovely breakfast, excellent room and attentive staff. Thanks again.
Pros:

Excellent room, very well maintained, large with all amenities required. Breakfast was great, full scottish with plenty of other options. Tea and coffee available with toast and all other breakfast usuals. I didn't have dinner as it was a football home game and I did not book before I arrived. Very popular and fully booked on arrival. The bar menu was suffice along with a few ciders. Excellent all round.

Cons:

Nothing, all was good for me.
