Although the breakfast is very good we felt that a £2,50 surcharge for a 3 omelette is best excessive worst penny pinching. .
Considering special requests can be requested at no extra cost.
There is no draught beer .

Pros:

I was at the park hotel on Sunday for a birthday dinner with my husband &grandson service was awful was left with our empty plates on table for over 45mins I had 2 ask for them to be removed we also tried to use a voucher we had received as a present & didn’t realise there was a expiry date on the voucher so was unable to use it. Food was good but service awful have been a frequent visitor here as live local but I won’t return

Fabulous staff, location and food
Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly from checking in, to dining they were all fabulous. Kia on reception when I was leaving was really helpful, one of the Duty Managers, Laura I think was her name, engaged in conversation with me during my evening meal with Kenny serving me with a smile on his face and offering recommendations from the menu. Katie in the bar was great, on her first day was really friendly and efficient, but overall the staff were fantastic.

Great day out with friends at Kilmarnock Beer Festival
Pros:

After the beer festival great to get a room towards back of hotel ....perfect quiet location

Cons:

The soap dispenser high on tiled wall made getting the product out difficult. Simple bar of soap might have been nice touch

Didn’t like 2 single beds pushed together to make a double bed not very comfortable especially on your wedding night
