the toilet is not convenience for family and friends. Please change the glass door and walls. Not appropriate for Asian culture. Very dissapointed

The location is very near to Plus highway. Also, KTM station. The staff are very friendly.

We booked dinner buffet but the hotel set our table outside the restaurant no air conditioner like they double booked overbooked. Also breakfast only one staff to cook egg.

The room was a bit small, the toilet bowl was rusty (yellow water) and the Basement Parking was ridicoulusly small. Howe

The pillow was comfortable, the AC was good

Cons:

The basement parking was a nightmare as it was ridiculously tiny with only centimetre space for my car to pass through. Luckily the Security Guard was kind enough to allow me to park in front of the hotel i.e reserved parking. He was a top guy, I really appreciated his help and kindness! Too many Chinese Tourist, hence was very noisy even on the floor when I was in.
