Nos negaron el alojamiento y no devolvieron nuestro dinero.
Cons:

Mi experiencia fue muy mala. La información publicada sobre las mascotas era contradictoria: indicaba que no se aceptaban, pero también que se permitían mascotas pequeñas, excepto en las habitaciones Suite. Realizamos y pagamos la reserva basándonos en esa información. Al llegar con nuestra mascota, el hotel nos negó el alojamiento y no pudimos utilizar el servicio contratado. Solicitamos el reembolso completo, pero se negaron a devolver el dinero. Considero que las condiciones sobre mascotas deberían informarse de forma clara antes de reservar para evitar que otros viajeros pasen por la misma situación.
