LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.
Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

Access to the Spa and outdoor pool will only be included for superior rooms and suites. To access these facilities in case you have reserved a standard room, there will be a cost of USD 10 per room per person at the exchange rate of the day.

No hay jabón en barra, solo una toalla de manos, no dan gorra de baño hay que pagarla
El Restaurant
Pasé frío, poca ropa de cama, antes regalaban pantuflas ahora ya no, 2 toallas y eso que pagué habitación doble, sólo jabón líquido y venden gorras de baño en el Spa si necesitas.
Lo peor, mucha bulla si das para el lado del casino. Caro para todo esto.

Muy buena la atención del restaurante y la comida estaba deliciosa
Pésima recepción al llegar; trato poco deferente (muy mala la experiencia de check-in)
La cama y almohada, el restaurante , bastante bueno el desayuno.
Piscina climatizada NO temperada, con poco margen de horario, además es sumamente inhóspito , ducha mala y manejo de la temperatura de la habitación no disponible, malo el estacionamiento.
Buenas y limpias instalaciones, opciones de alimentación y buen desayuno con alternativas para todos los gustos.
Reservamos dos habitaciones y en ambas solo había una toalla de ducha siendo que éramos dos personas por habitación.
