hotel solo para adultos, sin familia o los menores se aburrirán como ostra.
Cons:

los menos de 14 no tienen acceso a la piscina temperada y era la finalidad de nuestro viaje, somos una familia de 5 personas y 3 son menores de 11 años, comprenderán que lo unico que esperaban del viaje era hacer uso de esas instalaciones.

El hotel es hermoso

Cons:

Faltan actividades, existen tanto en las zonas y el hotel no ofrece ninguna más que el SPA, ni siquiera acceso al casino, la música en los locales es estridente y fone, parece pub de mall, subimos al observatorio y la musica molestaba a la observación, el jardín de cactus sin iluminación. Existen viñas, pisqueras, restaurantes conocidos, agroindustria, artesanías y el hotel no tiene ningún punto de información o souvenirs de las mismas decoraciones o de la zona, alguna cata de piscos o vinos ofertada, algo fuera de la caja. Están al debe, el casino es fome, ruidoso fuera de los show la música revienta como el pub de fuera, el animador o la oferta floja. Quedan muy al debe de lo que conocí en algún momento

Dormi pesimo por la mala calidad de la cama y almohadas

La cama era de mala calidad, tenia sobrepuesto un acolchado pero se sentía muy incomodo, con pequeños bultos por toda la cama. Las almohadas estaban en mal estado, apelotonadas con bultos, muy pequeñas para el porte de la cama, el sector de las habitaciones no olía rico.
Las piscinas decían hidromasaje pero no había nada de presión en los lugares donde salía el agua, las temperaturas no eran muy agradables, solo tibias

Es un lugar tranquilo

Cons:

No cuenta con estacionamiento cerrado para el hotel, 1 hidromasaje estaba en mantenimiento y el que funcionaba no estaba caliente. El piso del hidromasaje y piscina se encontraban sucios. La tv no cuenta con aplicaciones. Las habitaciones tiene luz tenue solamente, durante la noche es poca la visibilidad. Una lámpara no contaba siquiera con ampolleta.
