Convenience, location and the room layout.

The tiny fridge was sitting on the ground
Very difficult to get to and dark.
Older guests...
Home2 somehow fits in a full size fridge.
We dealt with it.
The only other item is the construction... new building adjacent and refurb across from the front door. Both are temporary.
