Its not worth for the money
Pros:

The view of tall volcano

Cons:

The smile of the room, like l moldy
The food for the breakfast less selections .compare to the other hotels that i ve been here .

Excellent room, spectacular view, comfortable beds.
Pros:

The front desk was able to fulfill my request for a room with the spectacular view and spacious balcony--perfect for my meetings. The king size bed provided me with the best sleep I've had in years :-) Housekeeping was great and the staff at the restaurant was excellent.

Cons:

During checkout, my assistant was charged for an extra room-key that she never requested or received. I was the only one who requested the extra room key for my room. I suspect that she got charged because her room was reserved under my booking #. Also, though I did not take advantage of the swimming pool, it looks like it needs to be resurfaced or remodeled because it looks dirty.

Realized that they have little to offer for its cost if they don’t have tge beautiful

We booked the property for the view. But the fog and rain were bad, no view was seen at all

Cons:

Very long check-in process. The staff always took s long time replying to messages prior to the visit. We weren’t informed that our room was not usable because of the rain. There were 5 of us, so we booked the cellar family premium with 4 beds, a table and bigger space.

They gave us the executive premium, which they said was more expensive, but it was smaller than what we wanted. With only two big beds. We paid for an extra bed just like we planned, and it was vert comfortable. There was a table for meals, but it was in the balcony which was veru wet from the rain.

The staff and food during breakfast were very good.

Check-out again took a long time because theye needed to check the room.

Will go back again . Views are to die for !
Pros:

The choices and options in breakfast was good

Cons:

The pool is not heated .
So it was quite cold for early morning swim even during summer

Ambience, room quality, service.

Cons:

Not much area outside the building to walk around. You are stuck in the room or in Bellisima. Bfast doesn't have much variety with respect to breads, cheese, cold cuts. Good for Filipino breakfast, though.
