Excellent location in commercial/residential area, near mall, food outlets. Street parking very easy if hotel's 2 bays are filled. Fairly quiet despite being next to busy street. Comfy beds, clean bedding. Excellent water pressure + hot water. Aircon worked perfectly and ensured comfortable sleep -- that's what we needed most after being out all day. There is a water dispenser in the lobby (serviced every 3 months according to staff) and bottled water is provided in the room.
Our room had a noticeable mold stain on the ceiling and visible traces over the aircon, suggesting there might be a small leak somewhere. We were unable to change rooms due to unavailability. First night was quiet but during the subsequent night, next-door folks could be heard talking until 2am. Hotel Wi-Fi not very strong so best to have own mobile data. While there were 4 power sockets, 2 bedside points didn't work -- 1 had its cover falling off. Thankfully the two wall points worked. Overall, good value for short stays on a budget.
Good-value accommodation in the more residential part of town. Location is excellent with the mall, many eateries and night market within walking distance. Despite proximity to the street, there was little noise — we slept very well. Room a bit tight with two singles but we were out all day so we didn’t mind. The rain shower + Terrific water pressure + hot water was all we needed after a long day out. Airconditioner works well and is quiet.

Doors slam very loudly. Mold on ceiling and in bathroom corner. Otherwise, generally clean. We found a dying roach and staff said it sometimes happens a few days after fumigation. Although the hotel is a no-smoking facility, inconsiderate guests sometimes smoke in rooms and the stench permeates the corridor — it’s hard for staff to detect/identify culprits to take action.
Everything was great.. the room is comfy for the rate.. we are happy to come back again..
The room a bit small.. would b nicer if a bit bigger.. and the parking is so limited.. other than that i think is good for that price..
I always stay there when I visit Ipoh and minimum 4-5days once I stay
Yesterday I trying call the hotel make reservations but unfortunately there is staff very rude inform me if you request cheapest price just book online. Personally feel that, I just request rate as usual I stay and not more than that, why reply rude. Actually we book online much cheaper even than I get rate directly… just support the hotel. 😂

Tv tak boleh tengok. Tolong lah tukar kepada WiFi. Orang dah tak guna area tv yg ada tu. 2malam kat sinintp tak ada tv. Internet pon nyawa2 ikan jer...
