Pros:

天王寺站很熱鬧，往返車站有電梯或手扶梯，洗浴備品超好用👍

Cons:

暖氣調節有點慢，醒著的時候很冷，睡著後暖氣開始有感又超熱，鄰近鐵道側容易聽到聲音。

挺不錯的飯店，雖然房間有點小，不過還是在可以接受的範圍。可吸煙房間通風過後菸味就散了，不過吸菸層的菸味很重，無法接受的人就去訂禁菸的房間。雖然電車的聲音有點吵，但是晚上班次變少不會到睡不著。

Very kind staff and good location
Pros:

The staff were so helpful, particularly the night reception staff, as my son was unwell during our stay. Although the room was cosy - typical of Japanese hotel rooms - the bathroom had a generous shower cubicle. The laundry room also had the most futuristic and clean passcode-protected washer-dryers ever.

Cons:

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to Tennoji Station, but did not realise that we had to use an overhead bridge system to get to it. With large luggage, it was fine when the Animate building nearby was open so we could use the lift to ground level. But it was closed on the morning we left so we had to heave luggage up a staircase to the overhead bridge.

Convenient location but room is tiny, even by Japanese standards.
Pros:

Tennoji is a convenient location, with easy JR access to Universal, Kintetsu line to Nara and metro line to Shin Osaka.
Nice breakfast for an inexpensive price (1760 yen) which was fresh and original. Variety stays the same day to day.
Courteous and welcoming staff.
High cleaning standards.
Convenient laundry (3 machines) and microwave availability.
Good temperature control.
Drip coffee bags - a nice touch.
Netflix on TV - easy to login and watch a movie in bed.

Cons:

Our room was so small. It was nearly impossible to move around. Given that I booked a twin, I was surprised that the room was not bigger.
Could hear street noise, soundproofing isn’t great. One night, the was building maintenance with workers on a cherry picker, and the noise continued until 1 am. Windows face a very busy road, and the other side faces train tracks.
Pillow is hard and uncomfortable, like a bag of rocks. Given that they’re dealing with so many tourists, they do have small soft pillows to borrow but I would have preferred a nice large comfortable soft pillow.
All in all, room size, street noise and bedding quality made it hard to relax.
