Pros:

Really convenient, close to the metro, and the staff even allowed us to store our luggage while we walked around before check-in. Rooms were great & roomy by Japanese standards. No complaints!

天王寺車站旁的商務旅館，樓下就是唐吉訶德，附近各種百貨藥妝美食非常多，十分便利，飯店本身該有的都有。

房間雖小但對於我跟另一半已經夠用，還有專屬電梯坐到5樓就是DUNKI了，飯店服務人員服務也超級棒的，周遭還有購物商場連結地鐵，整個就是超級便利的😊👍

地點方便，附近要逛街購物吃飯一切都很方便。旁邊就是天王寺站還有兩條地鐵線，去哪都十分方便。飯店本身中規中矩，該有都有，亦算整潔，早餐精緻好吃。

地點非常好 交通方便，距離公園、動物園都很近，附件很多可以購物的百貨，1F有7-11、唐吉訶德以及全家便利商店，大廳有微波爐以及行李磅秤，房間內有好用的吹風機，10F有洗衣機以及製冰機，櫃檯人員服務親切，下次來大阪我會優先選擇這間飯店。

可惜房間內的冰箱有點小。

Pros:

The location was so good
There’s a metro near to us
The staff was so kind and friendly some are speaking English and the others use devices to communicate which was great and easy to understand
In floor 5 was don quijote store and beside the hotel was seven eleven market
Everything we needed was in the room or near to us
The room was small but fit for our bags ( we had 6) and the bathroom was clean

Cons:

The bed pillow wasn’t comfortable it was difficult to sleep because it wasn’t soft
