Amazing location, close to a main station to get around everywhere you want to get to. Staff were super helpful and frie

Location was fantastic and the room was a reasonable size for Japan

The pillows were too hard but I believe these are the usual in Japan

Good location close to shops and restaurants
Pros:

The breakfast was more continental but tasty, enjoyed the coffee machine , fish dish, salad, miso soup, sausage, scrambled eggs , custard dessert . The breakfast area was at the level of the front desk and the wall windows had a panaramc view of the zoo area. The room for a single was adequate and clean and the night robe fit more western sizes. Body bath towel was soft and highly absorbent. Location was close to JR Tennoji Station , right above Don Quijote which had elevator service drectly into the 5th floor.

Cons:

The bed was comfortable but a bit soft to my liking, I like it firm to very firm.
