Pros:

The location was so good
There’s a metro near to us
The staff was so kind and friendly some are speaking English and the others use devices to communicate which was great and easy to understand
In floor 5 was don quijote store and beside the hotel was seven eleven market
Everything we needed was in the room or near to us
The room was small but fit for our bags ( we had 6) and the bathroom was clean

Cons:

The bed pillow wasn’t comfortable it was difficult to sleep because it wasn’t soft

地點方便，早餐好吃!
Pros:

地點非常方便，離天王寺站很近，去通天閣也是走路10分鐘就可以到的距離。
而且樓下就是唐吉訶德，房客可以走專屬通道直接搭電梯到5樓購物，非常方便!
早餐好吃，且用餐環境良好!

Cons:

房間偏小，很難找到位置攤開大行李箱，但日本都會區商務飯店好像都這樣就是了

Convenient, clean, and a nice place to stay.
Pros:

The room was very clean, close to the train station, check-in and check-out were convenient and quick, and the staff were helpful.

Cons:

The time we stayed was high season, so the room rates were quite expensive for a long stay.

地點佳

Cons:

辦理入住時櫃檯人員一直找不到我的資料，給他護照了，他們還是找不到，給他Booking的訂房代碼，連看都不看，我真的不知道為什麼會找不到，弄了好久才說沒問題了。
夜晚友人從外面買東西回來飯店大廳吃晚餐，櫃檯竟然說不能在這邊吃東西及喝飲料，太誇張了，是禁帶外食嗎！
再說隔音，我房間外樓下就是鐵路，一大早火車就叫醒我們了，有人房間面向馬路，也說一大早就被行人綠燈的咕咕叫聲吵醒。
還有房間很小，行李箱2咖根本沒地方放，衛浴也很小，跟我們的期待不一樣。

Just a good location, but they are many hotels around the area.
Pros:

Location is great

Cons:

They didnt save our luggage when check out.
You cannot drink our eat anything in the reception.

宿泊料金から考えると、部屋の広さ、朝食の質ともに、期待外れでした。

朝食は期待外れでした。

Cons:

室内の空気清浄機を作動すると、急にくしゃみと鼻水が出て止まりませんでしたので、キチンと掃除されていないように思いました。

Tolle Lage
Pros:

Gute Lage zum Einkaufen. Es gibt viele Malls in der Umgebung.
Gute Anbindung zur Bahn.
Man kommt direkt zum Flughafen KIX mit einer JR Linie.

Das Bad ist sehr groß im Vergleich zu anderen hotels.

Breakfast is Great !!!
Pros:

Great location, very near to Tennoji station. Breakfast is great, room is clean.

Cons:

They only provide room cleaning every forth day during your stay. You can hear noise of train from the hotel rooms, if you are sensitive to noise, you might need to factor this into your considerations.
