The location was convenient for me

Cons:

Small dingy rooms. Lack of internet connectivity. Bathroom flush is a problem. Too many unnecessary rules.

Excellent customer service, exec room not worth rate
Pros:

Staff very friendly and wanted to help where possible. The manager was very accomodating. Bed was quite comfy and the temperature was good. Food was ok.

Cons:

I paid for a executive room, which was placed behind the lift and under the gym so was extremely noisy and uncomfortable overall.

The shower was either scolding hot or extremely cold no in between.

I had very comfortable and enjoyable long stay at the hotel. I recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The hotel is clean, beautiful and very well located in Andheri west, surrounded by cafés and restaurant. All the services were excellent (wi-fi, breakfast, laundry, spa etc). Food of room service was excellent. Staff is VERY helpful, quick and present. Service was available 24/24. All the staff made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I felt very safe staying alone in that hotel.

Cons:

The size of the deluxe room felt small, though ok for 1 person, for 2 people fells too small. I had a long stay of 3 weeks alone, i wouldn't mind having a little more space

Cons:

No prepayment, our payment methods kept getting rejected by the hotel on Booking.com, which was extremely annoying as I booked for our wedding guests at the last moment and had to make time to show up to pay. The rate didn't include higher speed wifi (extra chargeable which is a bit wild considering the cost per room), foreign guests were asked for visas (highly irregular, never been asked at a hotel before), and as the person whose name the booking was in, I wasn't allowed to use the room for one of the nights of a multiday booking. Weird experience, very bureaucratic for a hotel, but overall a comfortable stay.
