The River Life Resort

Good

RAFT ZONEへ行くとき、通路が非常に危ない。
部屋の入口ドアが途中で引っかかって開けづらく、閉りづらい。
夜、部屋の中に小さなハエの様な物がたくさん入り込みつぶすのに大変だった。
シャワー室とトイレの仕切りがカーテンだけで水がトイレまで漏れる。
夕食は、タイ料理だけのデリバリー、朝食もブッフェでなく目玉焼き、ソーセージ、タイおかゆ、パン、飲み物と質素で残念。
ツインルームだと＋500バーツ必要。
夕食別（約2200円）で合計約11000円は、ロケーションは良かったが、設備、食事などを見ると、同じ料金でもっと良いホテルがある。
タイ政府観光局主催のYoutubeで紹介されていたので宿泊したが、大きく期待外れでした。

Terrible stay in my life experience. The electricity went out around 5pm and the hotel had no attendant after many attempts to contact them. Finally, decided to leave as it presented unsafe issue under 35 degree in temperature. Finally, a guy came in around 7:30pm with an emergency light and we gave the key back but could not get THB500 deposit back as the office was locked. On the following day, we contacted the hotel again and again while hotel.com also tried to contact them but without luck. We still could not get our money back as hotel.com claimed that it could not reach the hotel due to language issue. But in fact, it's not the language as we speak Thai. It's simple no one there.

ช่วงวันธรรมดา / low season ควรแจ้งรายการอาหารเช้าให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนเข้าพัก หรือมี option ให้ลูกค้าเลือกขณะ check-in ค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับผัดมาม่าสำหรับอาหารเช้า

タイ人の友人と宿泊利用しました。河に面した大自然の中のホテルです。車じゃないと来れない場所ですが、バンコクの喧騒を忘れて、静かな自然の中で、友人と語らうには理想のホテルですね。
一旦ホテルの敷地外に出ると畑以外に何も無いので、お菓子やお酒やオードブルは、予め外で購入して持ち込む事をお勧めします。

After reading some of the reviews, I would like to share our experience.We were there on a Monday, had the river rafts. It was very quite, I was told that on weekends it gets busy, so if you look for tranquillity probably avoid weekend . Dinner was excellent, good flavours and plenty for all of us .Congratulations!!, I read that in many resorts the food is average.
The owner and staff will help you at any moment, and take your bags up and down but there are a lot of steps because of the terrain. If you have difficulties walking it is better to book one of the rooms in the building, not the rafts. It was a while ago, after the rainy season and because of that, the rafts were a little bit in need of a repaint, which they were doing when we stayed . Also the bathroom, because it is wood ,needed a bit of maintenance, just a bit of wood stain or paint I. suppose it is done by now. The rooms were clean, beds were confortable and fridge was a plus. All in all for us was a good experience.

ภาย Resort น่ารัก ตกแต่งสวยงาม
อาหารเย็น คือดีมาก อร่อย และ พรีเมี่ยม
กิจกรรมล่องแพจ่ายเพิ่ม 150 แต่สนุก คุ้ม
พนักงาน และ คุณเจ้าของน่ารัก รวมๆแล้วดีมากครับ

PS: ห้องแอบมีแมลงนิดหน่อยแต่เข้าใจได้เพราะอยู่ติดแม่น้ำเลย

ได้ห้องสุดท้าย วิวสวยมาก
ไปวันธรรมดาดีสุดๆเพราะเงียบสงบ (แต่ไม่เหงานะ)
ติตรงห้องน้ำ น้ำฝักบัวไหลเบาไปหน่อย และน่าจะมีพัดลมหรือช่องระบายอากาศ (แอบชื้นๆเพราะไม้อมน้ำ)

แต่โดยรวมชอบค่ะ นอนเล่นชิวๆได้ทั้งวัน

ทางเข้าลึกค่ะ ออกไปเที่ยวถ้ากลับช้ากลางคืนค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว
อาหารพอใช้ได้แต่เหมือนซ้ำทุกวันแตกต่างเล็กน้อยห้องพักสะอาด ที่นอนสบาย เล่นน้ำไม่ได้
น้ำแรง ถ้าแวะพักแล้วไปต่อน่าจะดีกว่าค่ะ

อาหารดี พักคืนเดียว มีอาหารบริการถึง 2 มื้อ
รสชาติอร่อยด้วย

บรรยากาศดี ติดแม่น้ำสวย พนักงานบริการดี อาหารอร่อย แต่บ้านแพที่พัก เครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นน่าจะมีปัญหา ไม่มีความร้อนเลย เท่าน้ำปกติ และประตูห้องน้ำปิดไม่ค่อยได้ ฝาชักโครกพัง , ผ้าห่มมีแต่กลิ่นน้ำยาซักผ้าขาว

I have been traveling for decades and have Never stayed in a more Charming resort. On a River( hence the name) the view from my room was Extraordinary! The room was beautiful~ the mattress extremely comfortable. And Immaculate! Aside from that, the owner and the staff treated me like family! I am a female and was traveling alone. They not only made sure that I was well rested and fed~ they escorted me to a waterfall and made sure that I had a safe ride to the airport. The owner gave me her private number to call her if I needed anything on my way to the airport. Staying at this Beautiful hotel with their amazing staff was the best part of my trip to Thailand!
