Pros:

The room they gave us was close to the elevator and there was an ice machine near our room as well. The location of the hotel was close to where we wanted to visit during our stay in Osaka.

Cons:

The mattress was uncomfortable. The bathroom was too small. The room smelled musty. The bed covers and blanket made our skin itchy. When we get dropped off in front of the hotel, there was not an open pathway from the street to the sidewalk, so it was an inconvenience to having to lift our luggage's over the railing or try to squeeze through a tiny opening of the guard rail.

It was a very clean and pleasant stay.
