Staff did very bad 😭
This hotel is in a fantastic central location, perfect for exploring Osaka. We booked a deluxe room, which was spacious and well equipped—definitely a highlight compared to other hotels we stayed in.
As with most hotels in Japan, the room came with a range of amenities such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a hairbrush, and a pyjama with slippers were also provided.
Our initial room faced the street, which made it a bit noisy, but we were able to switch to a quieter room on the other side of the building.
The hotel itself is relatively large, which means there is a steady flow of guests throughout the day. This creates a lively atmosphere, especially around the elevators and shared areas.
The bed only came with one blanket, so if you prefer separate bedding, it’s worth requesting in advance or booking a twin room.
One downside was the sliding door to the bathroom, which offered very little privacy compared to a regular door.
The spa area is separated by gender and can only be used without clothing, which we personally chose not to use. We did not read this in the hotel desciption prior to our booking and were a little disappointed as we booked the hotel also because of the rooftop pool.
Breakfast was quite busy, with many guests at peak times, making for a rather energetic start to the day—very much in line with Osaka’s vibrant and bustling character. The selection of warm food was okay, but overall we found it too expensive for what was offered.
Fantastic location - less than 10 min walk to Dontorabi. Beautiful bright welcoming hotel. Staff were very friendly, very professional and spoke great English. The rooms were a good size compared to other hotels we stayed in while in Japan. The public bath was a super experience.
Nothing - would highly recommended
The public baths
The family room was tiny and very deceiving compared to what I thought we were getting
Dpacious and spotless room. Superb location and onsen

The staff are very accomodating.
The spa is excellent!!
nothing.
Location was key. Everything was close by. All three diff types of conbinis were right downstairs/across the street. Shopping for all the latest stores/niche products was all walkable. Train station 2 blocks away by foot. Pleasant staff, plush beds.
Bathroom smelled a bit. And the room was smaller than expected.
