Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Wifi is too bad. Wi-Fi connection was almost impossible.
Also, the dryer was left on for over an hour even though no one came, so I couldn’t use it.
The staff didn’t help me.

Good value but disappointing in places
Pros:

Comfy bed and bath, great location

Cons:

Coffee cups were not replaced each day. Staff tried to charge me 2000 yen to check in 90 minutes early even though my room was ready. Tried to complain via booking.com and only got automated responses.

Pros:

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location was also pretty good , next to the metro station and the bus station. Also a lot of shopping malls are around. The staff was kind.

Cons:

The rooms are tiny. In the photos they look more spacious than they are in reality. I believe it’s suitable for a few days only.

La posizione centralissima, la pulizia impeccabile e la camera accogliente. Mini frigo con acqua offerta e refill di thè verde all'occorrenza con bollitore.
