Pulito, piacevole, posizione eccellente => con una sorpresa spiacevole

Un cosa che mi ha dato proprio un fastidio tremendo... Anzi mi ha fatto arrabbiare proprio...
Credo che sarà un punto fermo che NON mi farà più ritornare in questa struttura...

Avendo poco tempo, ho fatto come il 95% degli avventori professionali la prenotazione su Booking,
il quale era segnata la 1°colazione (a CHF 10.- PP) poi vedo che non me la lasciava aggiungere... chiamo l'hotel, mi dicono che posso prenotarla direttamente il sede, che con il "loro sistema" non si può aggiungere.

Genuinamente all'arrivo chiedo per le colazioni (mia e del collega) mi dice OK, allora le confermo.

Al check-out, mi vedo venir fatturato CHF 18.50 PP al giorno la colazione.... ammetto di essere rimasto basito in negativo...
perché é quasi il doppio... ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi dice che se prenotavo via telefono o tramite il loro sito l'avrei pagata CHF 10.- se su booking loro applicano CHF 18.50...

Attenzione NON ne faccio una questione di soldi ci mancherebbe...

MA DI MANCANZA DI TRASPARENZA, MANCANZA DI SERIETÀ!

Vivo in Ticino, non conosco Zofingen, NON conosco tanto meno l'Hotel Engel... mi era stato consigliato per vicinanza logistica al mio impegno di lavoro....

Dunque NON ho il tempo di cercare, mi affido ad un portale che utilizzo sempre per le mie trasferte professionali (Booking)... e questa mancanza di trasparenza, ammetto che mi ha irritato parecchio.

Se alla proprietà di Hotel Engel, secca dover pagare una commissione a Booking, rifacendosi sugli avventori dell'hotel sul servizio colazione... mi lascia un pò perplesso.... o si allinea alla lista del proprio prezzo o si tolga da Booking.

NB. lavoro nel commercio, se una persona acquista da me fisicamente, on-line... il prezzo non cambia... sarebbe bello trovare la stessa cortesia e professionalità commerciale

Tolle Lage, schönes Hotel
Pros:

Kleines feines Zimmer für 1 Person gebucht, sehr leise und sauber. Frühstück konnte ich problemlos dazubuchen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin.
