Great hotel and staff in an ideal location
Pros:

Really professional and helpful
The hotel is superbly placed for easy travel in and out of Tokyo as it is right on the ginza line
Full of great amenities the washers and Onsen were great.
We had an unfortunate episode with son being sick in the night. Staff were very helpful next morning and very understanding
We had twin rooms which for Tokyo were really big and spacious
Would thoroughly recommend

Cons:

There's nothing to not like. If you want to stay close to the station you have to accept some minor train noise but that is a natural outcome.

Good comfortable stay
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the onsen especially after a long day of walking. Location was convenient, close to subway and food options.

Cons:

We always stay at Dormy Inn around Japan as we love this chain. But not sure why this particular hotel is considered premium as there are no additional premium features in the room, lobby or onsen (eg coffee machine service in the lobby of some other Dormy Inns.

Pros:

Roomy for Tokyo, has a separate area in entry that has door from bedroom, which was convenient for us because son slept late. Near subway station.

Mi-séjour à Tokyo
Pros:

Début de notre voyage au Japon et premiers trois jours à Tokyo.
La chambre pour 2 personnes est très confortable avec suffisamment de place pour laisser les valises ouvertes.
Le petit déjeuner est correct.
Café et jus à disposition dans l'après-midi et très intéressant : l'en-cas servi à partir de 9h. Très pratique quand on déjeune tard et copieusement ou qu'on n'a pas envie de ressortir.
L'onsen est agréable.
L'hôtel est bien situé. Métro à 2min.

Cons:

Nous sommes arrivés à 14h et avons dû attendre 15h l'heure d'enregistrement pré définie. Aucune concession sur l'horaire.
