Absolutely terrible the wifi doesn’t work the air conditioning is broken and the rooms are tiny the only good thing is the location and I didn’t even sleep as there was a lot of noise from the opposite building. The service was not bad but everything else was terrible.

Als Solo Traveler würde ich gerne empfehlen. Die Lage ist auch in der Nähe von Alsancak und Konak.

Fiyat kalite dengesi orta. Bu fiyata biraz daha konforlu olabilirdi. Konumu çok güzel, ulaşım kolay ve yakın. Kahvaltı iyi denilebilir. Temizlik iyiydi. Yatak konforu biraz arttırılabilir.

Konumu iyi, odaları tertemiz güzel bir otel. Resepsiyondaki arkadaş biraz sert davrandı, hoşgörüsüz davrandı. Kabalık yaptı. Fakat sonradan özür diledi. Özür dilemesi güzel ama bu münferit olay, otelin profesyonel bir yönetim anlayışı olmadığını gösteriyor. Kapalı ve ücretsiz otoparkı olması büyük avantaj.

Odalar temiz, ancak iç mekanın yenilenmesi yerinde olur.

Oda gayet temiz ve rahat idi. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendinin rezervasyon notlarıma dikkati ve özeni bu otele iyi puan vermemdeki başlıca sebeptir. Teşekkür ederim.

I ask for upper room but they give me a lower and smoking room that I did not ask.

This hotel was so terrible and awful. The rooms was so dirty and dark. Only the location was good. Wi fi was bad and only connect in lobby. Lobby was very bad and small and furniture was dirty . The breakfast not good and and short time. No good shampoo in bath.

The rooms are very dirty, they are not as small as an inn, what about the hotel, there is an unpleasant smell in the hotel, the inappropriate behavior of the staff, the carpets, the floor of the room is very dirty, the shower is inside the tub, the toilet is very small, the toilet is not clean, the internet only has an antenna in the lobby, and it has many interruptions.

It was the worst 4star hotel I’ve ever been to.
The breakfast was way less than a star hotel like they didn’t even had juice. the rooms didn’t have proper blanket and it was just one for 2 person. Overall the room service was terrible but the location was good

Çift olarak kalacağımızı belirtmemize rağmen bize iki tane tek kişilik yatak olan odayı verdiler ve odayı değiştirmeyip sadece yatakları birleştirerek çözmeye çalıştılar. Çok rahatsızdı. Hizmet olarak tavsiye etmiyorum..
