Shower tray could have done with a better clean
Stayed in the property a few time. Great location, staff friendly and accommodating.

Just good hotel
Just about everything.
The shower in our small double was tiny. The TV remote was missing (spare found) and a previous guest's socks were in the bedside cabinet. So a question mark over housekeeping thoroughness on this occasion.
Position of property very good. Staff very pleasant and welcoming
Chose hotel at short notice, great location, easy to park 5 minutes from hotel. Staff most welcoming and friendly. Hotel is modern and well appointed, fabulous view from the breakfast room. Tasty breakfast with a superb choice of cereals, fruit, etc. High quality toiletries in the bathroom.

Liked the choice at breakfast time
There was a problem with the toasting machine and there were power cuts every 5 mins. A toaster was brought in the centre of the dining room which people had problems working. The lady who was on was really stressing.
The coffee machine was also put so we had to use a kettle, which was put by reception. I can understand why this was done but it was not done really under Health and safety and my husband and I were not impressed
