Cons:

Personnel pas sympathique et arrogant.
Nous sommes arrivés tard le soir et nos lits n’étaient pas faits, installations vétustes, aucune communication donnée par rapport aux services et horaires des repas. Nous sommes arrivés un matin à 10:30, il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner… on nous a juste dit : c’est fermé ….nous avons finalement décidé de changer d’hôtel et ils n’ont même pas voulu rentrer en discussion pour un éventuel remboursement même partiel, on nous a répondu vous avez payé on ne rembourse pas… nous ne le recommandons pas du tout.

Merci Booking
Cons:

En appelant la réception pour faire une réservation, la dame a refusé notre demande en disant que l’hôtel était complet, et que même les chambres via Booking étaient toutes réservées. Elle a également confirmé qu’il n’y avait plus de place au restaurant pour le ftour, étant donné que c’était le mois de Ramadan.

Pourtant, dix minutes plus tard, j’ai effectué une réservation via mon compte Booking qui a confirmé la disponibilité. Une fois sur place, j’ai constaté que plus de la moitié du restaurant était vide au moment du ftour. Quelle honte de ne pas respecter les touristes locaux!

Pros:

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement, la piscine et la possibilité de petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Le manque de réactivité du personnel nous sommes arrivés à 23h, notre lit n'était pas fait (manque de draps), et tout le long du séjour on nous a retiré nos serviettes, nous avons dû à plusieurs reprises en réclamer.
De plus la chambre côté rue est très bruyante dû à la route.
