Nos gustó mucho la piscina y el kids club, los niños lo has disfrutado mucho. El personal muy amable

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó, fue que nos tocó un apartamento que daba a la calle y toda la noche muchísimo ruido. No se podía descansar con el ruido que había.

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Ik ben 3 jaar terug in het Wazo hotels geweest. Toen was het heel goed. Wij gingen er vanui
Pros:

De locatie beviel ons het meest. We zijn voor de rest echt niet tevreden

Cons:

Hygiëne was er niet
Geen goede service
Je betaald voor een nette kamer maar er ligt over zand op de grond. De schoonmakers maken niet goed schoon.

Personeel was ook niet altijd even vriendelijk

Extremely disappointing stay.
Cons:

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was honestly very disappointing.

We stayed here with our 1-year-old daughter and were hoping for a relaxing family break. Unfortunately, the music from the pool area was extremely loud throughout the day and could be heard clearly inside our room. It made it very difficult for our daughter to take her naps and impossible for us to get any proper rest.

What upset us the most was not the music itself, but the fact that we asked reception several times if the volume could be lowered. Every time we were told they would look into it, but nothing changed. We also asked if it was possible to move rooms and were told it wasn't.

The pool area was often almost empty, so it was hard to understand why the music had to be played at such a high volume all day long. It felt like the comfort of guests was simply not a priority.

The staff were polite, but after multiple complaints and no action, we felt completely ignored. Sadly, this issue overshadowed our entire stay.

I would not recommend this property to families with young children or anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing environment.

Pros:

La ragazza al reception era molto gentile e preparata check in in due minuti. La pulizia è al massimo dei livelli. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito con servizio di sicurezza.

Pros:

Zwembad, restaurant en buitenruimte zijn netjes en mooi onderhouden. Zeer vriendelijk personeel !

Cons:

In het verleden hier eerder verbleven echter niet verwacht dat het zo achteruit was gegaan, nu na vele jaren zal men toch eens de appartement gedeelte moeten opknappen want dat kan echt niet meer!
Willen jullie nog een aan prijs/kwaliteit verwachtingen willen voldoen dan zal er echt wel geïnvesteerd moeten worden in opknappen!
