Had a pleasant stay at Radisson Blu Hinjewadi Pune. The service was warm and welcoming, especially Sanskar at the front office, who was very helpful and courteous throughout.

The stay was really great. I spend around 14 days here. The hospitality was really good, room keeping service Atish did the job well. Everyday he made the room shine, clean, and hygiene. I am happy about the entire stay
Breakfast
1. Location was bad, very narrow connecting road to hotel.
2. I have to remind multiple time for room cleaning.
3. Room has mosquitos, I have to call front desk in middle of night, staff has arranged goodnight on request but that was totally unexpected in Radisson
4. Exhaust fans were not working in toilets
5..booking. Com mention guaranteed late checkout for 3 hours but front office was not aware however they agreed for late checkout on our request as we were traveling with family.
6. Original business class room was too small for family which was recommended for ™kids Stay for Free™ I believe based on provided information with kids age it should not be recommended, however we upgraded on charge basis to family suite.
