Had a good stay.
Pros:

Room size is very good, Washrooms, house keeping is nice. Breakfast is quite elaborate and freshly made ginger tea is a bonus. Amenities are adequate with a small functional gym, a play areas with chess and snooker, and a small swimming pool is a good value add for kids.

Cons:

Misalignment between front desk and rest of the hotel. We had booked an extra bed for our kid, it was confirmed on call before arrival, and just before reaching the hotel we also called in to keep the bed ready as it was late and my kid was sleepy but it was not there when we checked in. That felt bit strange it was confirmed by the hotel front desk. Again, the front desk confirmed packed lunches for our kids as they leave for school before the breakfast time, and it was never complied. Some days the chief got offended when we asked for what was confirmed to us by the front desk a night before.

Worst 5* hotel.
Pros:

The front desk staff were rude

Cons:

front desk staff behaving not like staff of 5* hotel staff for just two free beer. Also checking checkout toile etc so poor condition.

Awesome food. Limited options therefore delicious options

Cons:

We were 3+1 in a room.
1. Instead of a king-sized bed , which seemed to be available, the twin bed room was alloted, and we had to join and manage the joint .
2. Toiletries were for only 2 , had asked for another 2
