Wir hatten Karten für das Theater. Dafür war die zentrale Lage hervorragend. Das Frühstücksangebot war sehr umfangreich. Das Zimmer war sauber. Der Innenarchitekt hat nicht ganz meinen Geschmack getroffen. Das soll hier aber nicht zu einer negativen Bewertung herangezogen werden.

Ik boekte een kamer met twee afzonderlijke bedden. Die stonden nog tegen elkaar aan. Ik had ook graag een extra deken willen hebben.

Prima hotel voor wie in hartje Heerlen wil verblijven, zonder auto. Vraag wel naar live-optredens.
Pros:

Het stadshotel is op zich een prima hotel. Ik verbleef er om zakelijke reden en moest de volgende dag vroeg in Heerlen zijn. Gezien de locatie van het hotel midden in het centrum, is de locatie uitstekend. Tenminste, als je met OV komt, want parkeren in de buurt van het hotel is niet gemakkelijk. De kamer is ruim, maar wel donker (extra verlichting zou fijn zijn) en het ontbijt is lekker en volledig. Waar ik deze keer echt last van had: kennelijk is er iedere laatste maandag van de maand altijd live optreden. En dat betekent: tot middernacht wakker liggen. Er waren oordoppen geleverd, maar ik had dit liever van tevoren geweten. Dan had ik voor deze keer een andere oplossing gezocht. Het wordt bij aankomt wel vermeld, maar ja, dan heb je weinig keuze meer.

De smalle trappen om bij kamers te komen op 3e etage is n klein minpuntje maar een goede oefeningen :-)
jammer dat er niets op kamer is om je kleding op te bergen, bij meerdere dagen verblijf wel prettig.
