Our 4th stay. Very comfortable hotel which suits our needs.
Pros:

Coffee shop is very good
Bar and lounge very comfortable
Pool is small but pleasant

Cons:

The valet parking had increased materially since our stay 1 year ago
The parking at $75 plus taxes per night might make us reconsider staying here again

Great amenities and close to tourist attractions

Cons:

Very loud at night, close to the freeway. Valet was very expensive. Ran out of towels, housekeeping only came when we requested them to come.

Gets the work done by should show these prices upfront instead of charging later
Pros:

Good location and room. Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

There were no amenities in the room already available u need to request everything , like default ones coffee machine , microwave etc. parking is 80$ then there is 45$ resort fee which would not be useful at all. Coffee mentioned to be available till 10 closed at 9.30. Breakfast included is limited to order of max 50$ credit. The trick is showing lower base price and then charge all essentials.

Each interaction with the staff was was top notch.
Pros:

All service staff were friendly and professional, starting with valet services. Angel and Melissa with Valet were very helpful.
Front desk staff were warm and welcoming. Harry, our server at Jane Q was wonderful!

Cons:

The shower that didn't fully enclose. It was impossible not to splash some water onto the floor.

Le camere sono grandi e pulite, la zona reception, bar e ristorante e’ molto bella. Abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante e il cibo era molto buono. La colazione è una esperienza, piatti su ordinazione, preparati al momento, abbondanti e di qualità super! Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Forse la piscina è un po’ piccola ma la posizione roof top al quinto piano è molto bella
