Le camere sono grandi e pulite, la zona reception, bar e ristorante e’ molto bella. Abbiamo cenato una sera al ristorante e il cibo era molto buono. La colazione è una esperienza, piatti su ordinazione, preparati al momento, abbondanti e di qualità super! Personale sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Forse la piscina è un po’ piccola ma la posizione roof top al quinto piano è molto bella

Kimpton Everly was cleverly
Pros:

Had a great stay - nice room, good food, and the valets were great! Brandon had out car ready to go before we got down and routed vehicles around us while we loaded all our stuff. Outstanding!

The pool was closed earlier than said on booking.com. We got a text at 2:30 that said the pool was closed from 3:00 for a private event. They tried to over charge us $150 at check out. The “free breakfast”was just a coupon to their restrant

App & Privacy Security Nightmare – Avoid Until They Fix Their Systems!
Pros:

I am posting this public warning regarding a severe data privacy and security failure at the Kimpton Everly Hotel.

While not physically at the property, I woke up to an IHG app notification for an active stay at this hotel under my loyalty account. Upon logging in, I was granted full access to view the active room invoice, billing details, and stay information of a completely different guest checked into Rooms 0807/0817. Simultaneously, the hotel confirmed that my personal identifiable information (PII)—including my phone number and address—was improperly linked to this stranger's stay.

When I contacted the hotel, the Front Desk Supervisor, Natalie, dismissed the gravity of the breach, claiming a third-party booking just "accidentally" attached my loyalty number, and even suggested I just keep the points.

Exposing one guest's financial and stay data to a stranger—while leaking my personal information—is a massive data security failure and a major privacy violation. If you value your personal data and privacy, think twice before trusting this property or IHG's current digital check-in protocols until they take data security seriously. A police report has been filed.

Great DTLA spot - perfect location for Pantages

We liked everything about this hotel, super modern, clean, comfortable, great service and atmosphere and relaxing. The bar was nice and the breakfast downstairs was excellent.
