Central location with all the basics you could need.
Pros:

I liked this hotel. It's a nice room with comfortable beds, a good shower with hot water, wifi worked just fine, and there is also a nice television. It's also in a great location that's central. Felt more like a private stay since staff wasn't usually there in the lobby.

Cons:

It got a little too hot at night and there is also a dog that hangs out in the lobby who isn't friendly. He looks cute, but he went to bite one of the workers when I asked about him. The worker told me he was not friendly and I got the vibe to stay away. Would prefer to not have a dog like that in the main hallway you have to walk through to get out. He wasn't always there, but saw him once every day.

We hadden een kamer op begane grond, we kwamen vroeg in de ochtend aan maar het was erg koud! Geen verwarming! Ook was de kamer best klein, niet perse erg voor de prijs. Er werd verbouwd dus we kregen een upgrade voor een kamer op de eerste verdieping. Deze was wel groter echter was het bed erg vies, haren en vlekken zaten erop. Voelde niet schoon aan.
Het verblijf als onprettig ervaren omwille van slechte Hygiene. Verder prima

BUENA OPCION PERO NO EN INVIERNO
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta, queda a tan solo unos pasos de una calle peatonal muy turistica que te lleva al centro de la ciudad en pocos minutos. Puedes encontrar muchas cafeterías y restaurantes cerca.

Cons:

Epoca de invierno hace muchisimo frio y el hotel no esta preparado para ello, las habitaciones estaban congeladas y no cuentan con calentadores, calefactores o minisplit para mitigar el frio, solo nos pudieron ofrecer una cobija extra pero no fue suficiente.

Perfect hotel in the historical area. Look no further!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel in the historical area of San Cristobel.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we've had during our trip around Mexico.
There are so many good restaurants and cafes nearby.
About a 15 minute walk from the ADO bus station through the pretty streets.
Exceptional value for money. We'd definitely stay here again!

Tolles gemütliches Zimmer. Das Zimmer an der Straße war nicht zu laut. Es fahren aber noch Autos. Zwei drei Häuser weiter richtig Zócalo ist nur noch eine Fussgängerzone. Ganz tolle bequeme Betten mit Wolldecken. Ein Traum. Alles fußläufig erreichbar. Hübscher Innenhof, nettes Personal. Adapter für Steckdose nicht vergessen. Es passt nirgends was in Mexiko. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hat uns noch einen für unseren Aufenthalt ausgeliehen. 7 min mit dem Taxi für 60 Pesos zum ADO Terminal. Die Fahrt nach Palenque war sehr entspannt. Es war tagsüber von 10 bis 18 Uhr👌

We luckily only spent one night here.

Cons:

There is no air con and the room with balcony is right in the middle of the street at a very low floor, with no curtains - we had to keep the windows open to breathe a little and with no curtains and no mosquito nets it hasn't been pleasant. The staff is almost annoyed when you ring the bell to check-in, they weren't very welcoming in general. Stairs to go the the higher floor, no lift available and no help offered.
