Hotel Les Mamelles

Olin hotellissa kahteen eri otteeseen. Molemmilla kerroilla huoneet olivat aika isoja ja tyylikkäitä. Sänky oli hyvä.

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palveli myös englanniksi. Aamupala oli hyvä. Se valmistettiin tuoreeltaan eli sen tekemisessä kesti hetki. Siinä oli tuore croissant, patonkia, paistettuja kananmunia, kahvia/teetä, mehua ja vettä.

Ensimmäisessä huoneessa ilmastointi piti vähän melua ja suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä. Toisessa huoneessa ei ollut kumpaakaan noista puutteista.

Sijainti oli asuinalueella. Joitakin ravintoloita oli kyllä kohtuullisen matkan päässä.

Great view from the room up top, if you're not afraid of stairs. Staff is very friendly. Good quality given the price. Would recommend.

Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed

Très propre et spacieux

First of all this hotel is under construction anc has been since 2017. A simple thing like toilet paper was a struggle to get so we had to go and buy our own toilet paper. They say they have a restaurant well they don’t. They say they have a gym but they don’t it’s a small local gym 150 m away from the hotel but the hotel didn’t seem to have a deal with them as it came as a surprise to the gym owner. You are better off spending a little more money than staying at this hotel. If you want a receipt forget it if you know what I mean. Everyone working there was very nice but then again so are all Senegalese

The host was very kind and accommodating to my family of 7. We arrived earlier than expected and had booked only a day before arriving. The hotel is in a good neighborhood close to many downtown attractions. Be sure to message the host before arriving and for any specific needs. He answered right away. Some rooms are still under construction, but we were give huge rooms; two with large balconies. Their is no elevator, so ask for a lower room if needed to avoid the many steps. We will definitely return here on our next visit.

The rooms were good but the service was not and the location is difficult to find.

Hotel très difficile à trouver, chambre grande mais pas de serviette pas de savon. Petit déjeuner médiocre, pas de beurre ni confiture.

If you pay more than $50usd you are not getting value for money. The hotel is hidden in a back street around 6-8km from the airport. No restaurant in the evening, no obvious place to get food. No beer....

The hotel has a broken sign outside for a guest house with a different name. Very confusing. The exterior of the building is very uninspiring...hence no pictures in the hotel info.

Room not particularly clean. No soap, limited toilet roll. One towel for a family of four. Windows open everywhere, quite a few mosquito's in the room.

An experience we will put behind us.

Struttura molto bella e molto comoda per girare Dakar.
Le camere sono molto accoglienti, pulite e molto spaziose. Servizi al top!

L'hôtel est difficile à trouver car confondu avec un autre hôtel ( Les Mamelles-Le Phare): il faut vite mettre à jour le nom de cet hôtel qui s'appelle ( désolé mais j'ai oublié ce nom)
Hôtel très propre, quelques chambres encore en rénovation.
