Pretty Little Stay

El Greco Bungalow in Koh Lanta is a true tropical retreat! The bungalows are clean, spacious, and surrounded by lush greenery, giving the perfect island vibe 🌴☀️. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay seamless and relaxing. The location is quiet yet just a short ride from the beach and local restaurants. Waking up to the serene surroundings was pure bliss. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a peaceful and charming stay in Koh Lanta!

Pros:

The bed is super comfy! There's a great Greek restaurant nearby, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the beach. Just ignore Google Maps, it's actually a little longer than it says. The path is right next to the Lemonade Boutique.

Ruhige Zimmer relativ gut gelegen
Pros:

Das Resort ist 2-3 Kilometer von Sala Dan und der Walking Street entfernt. Man findet zu Fuß viele Streetfood Restaurants und sogar im El Greco gibt es ein griechisches, gut besuchtes Restaurant mit Top Bewertungen. Griechisch ist nicht unbedingt unsere Lieblingsküche und wir haben es nicht selbst getestet.

Die Zimmer sind groß genug, weit von der Straße entfernt und verfügen über Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank.

Der schöne Klong Dao Strand ist weniger 100m entfernt. Ebenso weit entfernt ist 711.

Der Zimmerservice kommt alle 2-3 Tage. Kaffeepulver und Wasser lässt man sich im Restaurant geben.

Ein insgesamt gutes Resort. Die kleinen Mängel sind kein Grund dort nicht. wieder zu buchen.

Cons:

Leider ist die Zimmerbeleuchtung sehr dunkel und man sieht nicht viel. Man erwartet einen täglichen Zimmerservice und ist enttäuscht, wenn der nicht kommt. Wir können auch mit diesem Rhythmus leben. Es wäre aber schön das bei der Buchung oder beim Check-in zu erfahren, damit man sich darauf einstellen kann. Ebenso wäre ein Hinweis sich das Wasser und die Kaffeebeutel im Restaurant holen, hilfreich gewesen.

Quiet area. Host available as taxi. Cost 50baht per trip.

Veraltet aber ruhig
Pros:

Die Matratze war sehr bequem. Jeder Bungalow hat eine eigene Terrasse. Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr nah über die Straße.

Cons:

Kein täglicher Zimmerservice. Dies funktioniert nur auf Anfrage. Sehr schade in einem Land in dem man kein WC-Papier in der Toilette entsorgen kann. Die Klimaanlage ist funktional, jedoch sehr veraltet und bringt nicht die Leistung. Das Badezimmer ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesammt sollten die Bungalows dringend modernisiert werden.

Highly recommend rooms & restaurant. Host was gracious even when super busy. Great!

Loved an authentic Greek option on a Thai island (have spent a lot of time in Rhodes & it was like home from home)
Food was delicious & the room was spacious & clean in pretty settings

Tolles Hotel mit sehr bequemen Betten

DAS BESTE WAR DAS BETT! Soooo bequem... Die Lage war super. Der Strand gegenüber ist herrlich. Man bekommt täglich Wasser, was man sich vorne holen kann. Klimaanlage sehr leise. Zimmer Reinigung, Handtuchwechsel nur auf Nachfrage. Am Tag kommen Affen, Katzen, Hunde und Waran vorbei. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Safe, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank vorhanden.

Cons:

Etwas dunkel. Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Morgens um halb 6 singt der Muezzin seine Lieder. In der Zimmerdecke rennen nachts Geckos herum, was zu seltsamen Geräuschen führt. Kein Fernseher auf dem Zimmer.
