Pros:

予約時に希望していた部屋がエアコンの具合が良くないとのことで、アップグレードの部屋を用意していただきました。その対応や気配りなど大変素晴らしいもてなしをしていただいたと実感してますが、唯一ベッドが寝ると身体が沈んでしまうもので寝心地が悪くて大変残念でした。

天気も良くて、川がとても綺麗で、大浴場も素敵で、とても贅沢な気分を楽しめました。　牛乳飲み放題最高でした。子供が牛乳大好きなのでいつも買ってもっていくんですけど、飲み放題って知ってたら買って行かなかったのになー。

Cons:

食事はとてもおいしかったのですが、子供が途中で完全に飽きてしまって、コース料理なので仕方ないのですが、もう少しファミリー向けにコンパクトに提供して頂けるバージョンがあったら良かったなーと思いました。ホテルがとても素敵なので、２時間レストランに滞在するより、ホテルを散策したりのんびりしたかったな、というのが家族連れとしての感想でした。

Fabulous, tranquil getaway by the riverside
Pros:

Food: The Japanese style breakfast and French dinner were both exquisite.
Room: Fabulous view of the river from the room. Clean, cosy and you can find many little things that show the thought put into the design. For example, there is a small sliding window between the bedroom and the bathroom that you can open and close.
Spa: The experience was so pampering and relaxing, I fell into deep sleep and woke up feeling incredibly refreshed.

Amazing Experience
Pros:

Amazing room with delicious breakfast and Omakase dinner at two restaurants. You can enjoy Onsen, hot springs, for free, and some Spa services with additional fee. And some cold drinks after hot Onsen and in your room fridge are free too. You will have unforgettable experience.
