Pros:

we cant check in, the staff said the hotel is full, but we already paid the room. how we can get refund??

Disappointing Hotel and Staff Attitude
Pros:

Check-in process was very disappointing as we had to wait around as the staff did not know where and how to check the check-in register. Staff very abrupt and insisted we did not have any reservation even after producing the reservation details.
Room condition was bad and in deteriorating condition. Both roilet and room smelled bad.
No parking space provided and staff attitude is bad with no assistance given.
I asked for the Hotel Manager but was told that Manager attends randomly whenever he wishes.
We will never be staying at that hotel again!

Pros:

The place is strategically located at the centre of kota bharu, the perfect place for those who love to walk around the city from morning till night. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Problems with toilet flush, old blanket, old tv
Pros:

Avoid superior room 206, the toilet flush was not functioning. There were holes on the rather seasoned blanket. The TV too was very old, provided very limited number of channels.

Hotel near to pasar khatijah
Pros:

I had booked this hotel for 2 nights but had to check out after the first night. Though it is near the heart of kb, the room.condition is really bad. I dont feel secure too. For those who are only interested in going around kb, them it is good but do not expect to have.a good night rest after the long hours shopping .
