food is good spacious rooms and clean rooms and washrooms new building so everything is good they are supportive and have parking also , moreover the hitech City area where it is located is quite good also

Most unprofessional
Pros:

I like nothing about the property.

The way they treat their guest. Inspite of full payment made they are relocating my stay without my consent

Cons:

On17th Sept night I received a what’s app message from fab hotel as below

Dear TEJAS,

Greetings from FabHotels!

We would like to inform you about an update regarding your booking (Booking ID: 0ZMCM2). Due to unforeseen operational challenges, your booking has been relocated to our nearby alternate property i.e. FabHotel Orion
.
Here are the details of your updated booking:

Check-in: 2025-09-18
Check-out: 2025-09-19

Address: Plot No. 47C, Hitech City Road, Khanamet, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any concerns or require assistance with this booking, please reach out to us on 7042424242.

Post then tried contacting them on the above mentioned no but NO RESPONSE.

Further the Hotel Orion where I had no option but to check in as I had made my payment.

Hotel Orion traffic was around 1300-1500/- but I was not refunded my excess payment which I had made for Hotel City Pearl.

So it was pathetic experience.

The hotel was excellent.
Pros:

The hotel location was central to hitec city office location, staff was polite and service was excellent.

The room should also be provided with mini refrigerators.

Good stay but very much bad quality food
