Cons:

We had a booking from booking.com on Fab Hotels Pearl City Jubilee Enclave. Upon arrival today, July 28th, the hotelier refused our check-in, citing a lack of available rooms, and was uncooperative.

A Booking.com executive subsequently reassigned us to the Via Prestige Castle hotel. This location is significantly farther from our preferred area. Based on the photos in the app, we checked in without prior inspection. However, the room is in unacceptable condition, lacks cleanliness, and is missing basic amenities such as soap and towels. I have attached photographic evidence of these issues. Furthermore, the amount we pre-paid exceeds the listed price for this alternative hotel on your platform.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and delayed attendance at professional meetings. We expect the accommodations hosted on your platform to match the provided photos, descriptions, and pricing standards.

Due to these conditions, we wished to check out immediately and request a full refund for this booking. But that has not been attended yet even after multiple followups.

It was good stay and would recommend any one on a budget visit to Hyderabad
Pros:

Overall cleanliness of the rooms, corridors and complete hotel was very good for the price point. Also the location is prime and tariff is reasonable for business travellers on budget.

I like nothing about the property.

The way they treat their guest. Inspite of full payment made they are relocating my stay without my consent

On17th Sept night I received a what’s app message from fab hotel as below

Dear TEJAS,

Greetings from FabHotels!

We would like to inform you about an update regarding your booking (Booking ID: 0ZMCM2). Due to unforeseen operational challenges, your booking has been relocated to our nearby alternate property i.e. FabHotel Orion
.
Here are the details of your updated booking:

Check-in: 2025-09-18
Check-out: 2025-09-19

Address: Plot No. 47C, Hitech City Road, Khanamet, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Rangareddy

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any concerns or require assistance with this booking, please reach out to us on 7042424242.

Post then tried contacting them on the above mentioned no but NO RESPONSE.

Further the Hotel Orion where I had no option but to check in as I had made my payment.

Hotel Orion traffic was around 1300-1500/- but I was not refunded my excess payment which I had made for Hotel City Pearl.

So it was pathetic experience.

The hotel was excellent.
Pros:

The hotel location was central to hitec city office location, staff was polite and service was excellent.

Cons:

The room should also be provided with mini refrigerators.
