Heel goed verblijf gehad in een mooi hotel
Pros:

Een geweldig mooie en ruime kamer, een zeer uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt, een mini bar voorzien in de prijs dat dagelijks werd bijgevuld, mooi rooftop zwembad en leuke fitnessruimte

Good value for your money, the top floor needs a renovation, the kitchen is unusable.

Well located hotel with helpful staff. Good value for your money.

Cons:

The sunbeds at the pool were missing and it was badly maintained. The whole top floor needs a renovation.

The kitchen in the room was unusable because it lacks all basic necessities and there is no fridge in the room.

The best value 4 star hotel in surabaya.
Pros:

I can't emphasize enough how amazing this hotel is.
The staff are incredibly friendly and the room is truly exceptional for its price.
We stayed in the Fabulous King Room and the bedroom area is spacious, while the kitchen area is very functional.
Breakfast offers a wide selection and the hotel is flexible and a real pleasure to stay in.
We love it so much that we actually came back a few weeks later & we will be back again!

Cons:

Only 1 out of 3 elevators are functioning and this is quite problematic actually.
The corridor ac is turned off and water fountain are not plugged in but this is not a big deal.

Staff hospitality was pleaseant, friendly and very accommodating. Room service was nice. Breakfast has variety of choices. Room that we got has good size for a big family.

Pros:

New and spacious room. Little pantry with fridge. Very clean pool with nice view (it has the foundation as an "infinity pool" but doesn't make use of it though...). Spacious gym room with more than a few sets of machines.

Except for small things, this is a value of money stay.
Pros:

The room is bid and clean. Breakfast has a lot of choices although taste is so so. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The hotel has many facilities like gym, children playroom and swimming pool .

Cons:

Our room has all cooking facilities but no refrigerator. We have to store our yoghurt at front office.
The water tap at the sink is moving. The mirror in bathroom already stained. The walls in the toilet is stained.

Great and comfortable
Pros:

The staff are so friendly. We booked the two-bedroom apartment. The room is spacious with two bathrooms. It has a nice city view. The room is clean, and the bedroom has a comfy bed. We will definitely return to this hotel when visiting Surabaya.

Cons:

The water dispenser is outside the room, so we have to go back and forth to refill the drinking jar. Preferably, it is provided inside the room.
