Pros:

Nice location very clean & close to the Airport

Cons:

I was overcharged for breakfast and was told that I would receive a refund which never happened. I wrote several emails to the property to report the issue and received no feedback at all. I would expect more from a 5* Hotel.

Perfect hotel for Nairobi Airport
Pros:

Great hotel in perfect location for Nairobi Airport.
Incredibly spacious room with enormous double bed.
Good bathroom and excellent breakfast where we were very well looked after by charming staff. Highly recommend.
