Clean Airport Hotel
Pros:

We stayed here for one night before our 3:00 a.m. flight, and it was the perfect place to rest and freshen up before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in and our short stay smooth and stress-free. The convenient location near the airport and reliable airport transfer made our early departure much easier. We really appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay before or after a flight.

Crowne Plaza Nairobi hotel Incredible!
Pros:

Staying here for the second time was just as wonderful as the first. All of the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Service in both restaurants was fantastic. The servers: Joy C, Michelle O, Collins, Tabitha, Humphrey, both Diana's, were all wonderful as were the others that helped make our stay, perfect! The pastry chef needs to be commended for their talent. The breads and baked desserts were some of the best I've ever enjoyed.
I will be back next year! Thank you

Excellent stay!
Pros:

Our stay was lovely every time- this was our first time in the spa and it was a wonderful- Monica and Louise worked out our travelers’ knots and really provided relief. Everyone we encountered throughout our stay was so helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Its good to always stay here.One thing stood out for sure,Ms Sylvia's kindness is still the same.Her welcoming demeanor is excellent and the fact that she remembered and recognized me really made me feel so appreciated duri g brekfast.The coffee at aroma was so good and I was lucky to have some to go.The lounge upstairs was so clean and I got to enjoy every moment I spent here

We used the free shuttle from the airport. The concierge was very helpful in arranging a Nairobi city tour with Simon.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We liked the proximity to the airport and the security was top notch. Beautiful rooftop pool and bar.

A quality airport hotel
Pros:

Definitely one of the best airport hotels. Service was top notch from reception, to dining, to shuttle bus driver.
Additional security layers on entry was reassuring.
Room accessories like shampoo, conditioner, lotion are above average, much appreciated.
A brilliant idea is the proud display of quality local craft not just inside the gift shop, but along the corridor outside.
The 4th floor lounge has a nice view but the mindless, repetitive electronic beat spoils the ambience. How about the dynamic, rhythmic music for which Kenya is rich in?
