The roof top bar is so beautiful.I had a burger and a cold beer.The service staff Were so kind ,helpful and efficient.Sylvia in particular checked up on me from time to and ensured I was having a wonderful time.Her recommendation of the Kenyan Tusker lager was worth it and I look forward to coming to the bar as often as I can.
My family and I had an amazing breakfast experience.The egg station had so many options and the chef prepared my eggs Benedict as per my preference.Ms Sylvia was so welcoming and she checked up on us and said even let us know we could take our coffees as take away.She inquired about our overall experience and to be honest,it was a 10!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hospitality and service were truly excellent. Special thanks to Chef Brahmanand and his amazing team for the delicious food and warm care throughout my stay.
Amit and his team also did a fantastic job in making my stay very comfortable. Their kindness and support made me feel completely at home.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to visit again.
Proximity to the airport is great for a short stopover, and hotel provides a shuttle service. All the staff were polite and friendly. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good.
Location in the cargo area of the airport is not the best. We were expecting that so no big problem.
I had such a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Nairobi Airport. The hotel is spotless, the staff is warm & everything just feels easy and comfortable. A special shoutout to Executive Chef Brahmanand — his food was honestly the highlight of my trip. Every meal was flavorful, fresh & made with so much care. He went out of his way to make sure my special needs were taken care of. Crowne Plaza has one of the best buffet spread in Nairobi.
I would like to highlight the great experience I had at the restaurant of this hotel. I arrived to check the lunch buffet and was welcome by lovely Ashile who insisted in giving me a tour. Detailed explanation of everything available with a welcoming smile throughout. Upon noticing I was with an allergic reaction, runny nose, Ashile suggested that I would eat in and make myself comfortable and suggested a local drink called “Dawa” saying that’s exactly what I needed for my condition.
That’s excellent customer service noticing how I was feeling without being indiscreet. Made me feel absolutely welcome and well looked after. Thank you Ashile, you’re fantastic and a real asset to Crowne Plaza NBO Aiport. Regards, Rodrigo Lima.

Had a really good experience at Crowne Plaza Nairobi. The hotel is clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The food offered by Chef Brahmanand was fantastic and full of flavor. Staff were friendly and professional, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
