I arrived late from London and the shuttle was waiting for me. Quick check in and they upgraded me to a suite. It was wonderful and I was so grateful. My connecting flight was only at lunchtime the next day so I had a leisurely breakfast and delicious coffee. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind. The room/suite was great and so quiet. I had such a good nights sleep. I regularly come to this hotel en route to London. This was a wonderful return visit.

We needed a place to rest and freshen up before a midnight flight, and this hotel could not have been a better choice for those 9 hours! It was bright, spotless, and had everything we needed. 24/hour dining, hot showers, comfy beds for a nap, and such amazing and friendly staff. Everything was great. When it came time to leave for the airport there was an hourly shuttle that took us and our departure was smooth. If I'm flying in an out of Nairobi again, I will definitely choose this!

Nice rooms
Wifi worked well in the room but dropped out in the cafe. Ordered room service and was told order would be delivered in 25mins. One hour later phoned again and order was delivered in 10mins.
