Convenient with good and bad qualities
Pros:

We stayed here twice before and after traveling to a safari at the Masai Mara.
Both times had good and bad experiences but to sum it all up would say it was a convenient hotel that served our purpose well.
Good things were the shuttle service, spacious rooms, gym, friendly staff and most of all excellent buffet breakfast.
Not so good were the poor meal we had at the cafe, being taken to the wrong room by the porter, TV not working and having our room above the gym and feeling like to floor was going to collapse.
Would stay again based on the positives.

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

Great location within the airport complex. We stayed here multiple times when having overnight connections. A great place to relax and recharge. This hotel does not feel like you are at or even near the airport. I wish more Crowne Plaza were like this.
Gym has everything you need, locker room has complimentary sauna and steam room.
Pool area can get crowded but is a nice place to relax.
Restaurants and bars priced good service and ice selections. Breakfast buffet is very good with a bagel bar, egg bar, and pancake bar.
Club Lounge is different than other hotel lounges. It does not have snacks and drinks (soft drinks/water) available for quick access, these items have to be ordered with the lounge attendant and is complimentary. It is advertised as a private comfortable space…the À la cart concept actually provides better (personalized) food options and a semi-private space. Drinks are complimentary during “happy hour” and are also ordered with the attendant. We used this space to make travel arrangements while having dinner, something that we would not do in the restaurant.
Would like to recognize a few members of the staff:
Sylvia in the restaurant provide the best welcome greating for our breakfast. Set the tone for a great day!
Naomie, a server in the restaurant was attentive and cheerful.
Lounge attendants Paris and Bridget ensured we were taken care of.
Collins at the pool bar will make sure you specialty drink is made just right!
If you have any questions about the lounge or the bars, Manager Grace is very engaging, professional, and a problem solver.
Hotel shuttle is easy and well managed. Private transfers are also available for a small fee if you want to leave at a more specific time.

Friendly staff, great food
Pros:

We popped in for lunch on our way to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is lovely. The shuttle bus from the hotel departs every hour and it’s free. Great place to go to if you need to wait for your flight.

Clean rooms and amazing staff

I had a really good experience staying at the Crowne Plaza in Nairobi. Clean rooms and great breakfast, and great staff. Sylvia and team took care of us well. I will consider this place again in the future.

Loice and Cynthia - my go to for spa services.
Pros:

Went to the spa during my stay. Loice and Cynthia were the best. So professional and they did an amazing job with my nails. Very relaxing atmosphere and they made my time there very special. I recommend you stop by and see them for spa services if you are in town.

Recommended for business travels
Pros:

This hotel is super accommodating for business travelers. Love that at 5am I can grab breakfast and a shuttle service to the airport.

Cons:

Made me wait 20min to be collected from domestic arrivals, had to call twice for someone to collect me.
