Staff extremely professional and helpful, at front desk, housekeeping, everywhere I went. Above-average hotel staff all around.
The pool is really small; when I went to use it, it was overflowing with people, crowded and complete chaos.

Airport transfer included every hour, efficient and friendly.
We got the first room in the corridor. Unfortunately, the corridor has a wooden door that makes a loud noise each time someone enters or exits the corridor. We got full exposure to this from our room, which was very annoying when trying to sleep.
