Best place to stay in kollur. .Very near to templ.

Great place to stay and right next to the temple
Pros:

Had multiple rooms in our booking. The check-in staff saw our booking was through Expedia and decided to upgrade one of the two rooms we had. Both the rooms looked really nice but certainly the one which was suppose to be the upgrade had the view of the temple. The stay was excellent. Very clean, good set of amenities. Kids were super happy and didn't mind the long queue at the temple. The restaurant inside the hotel was pretty good for the food quality but it is over crowded for both dinner and breakfast. Since they were over crowded the waiter tend to push the items that are easy to make rather than what you want. E.g. Onion Uthapam or Mysore Masala takes time so we will get you regular masala dosa :(.

The best hotel near the temple.only 50 mts .
Pros:

Hotel is good . Breakfast was super. Did not like the lunch as it is typically kannada style. Very close to the temple. Maintained neatly.good room.good bathroom and toilet. Wifi is free but I could not connect it with repeated attempts.

Great location, comfortable stay
Pros:

I stayed at Mahalakshmi Residency with my family for 1 night and we had booked 3 rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious and beds comfortable. The staff was helpful in any immediate requirements we had and the check in check out process was smooth.
Even the food at the restaurant for delicious and the complimentary breakfast provided was good.

The highlight was the distance to the Mookambika temple. It was barely a 1 minute walk since the temple was situated directly opposite the hotel which also makes it a high security zone.

Overall a good experience and I shall stay here again during my next visit.
