Location was perfect. Room was good enough, particularly liked the separated wc from shower. Questions were not answered within a day.

Châtelet is in the centre of Paris, right next to Seine river. The hotel is clean, safe, the room a good size for the price. We got a last-minute deal that was incredible so no complaints here. Location is the best and my giant window in my room was beautiful.

Amazing hotel, the renovations were still happening when we were staying there, but it was coming together and I can only imagine how awesome it looks now.

The rooms were super modern, and clean with great big windows to the street which would fill up with light every morning which was awesome. The bed and the washroom was super clean as well.

The staff were super polite, friendly and helpful.
There was a young lady at the reception most days and she was super kind and always ready to help.
Also she spoke perfect English, which even made it better.

The room was huge too, compared to the other hotels that I have stayed at in Paris.
Considering the location and room conditions during the high season they offered the best pricing and experience possible.

Can’t wait to see what the hotel will look like when the renovations are fully done.

The hotel is in a great location. It is very close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and several metro stations. Very walkable and surrounded by cafes and shops. The room was nice, but a little bit dirty. There are lots of stairs but they do have a small elevator.

The staff was kind and always helpful. The room was nice and the location was great.

No AC, no tea/coffee making facilities or room safe box as described when booking the rooms. Buffet Breakfast was not available due to renovations but gave voucher to use at local boulangerie but limited to 5 items in total and not buffet. They did refund us for the breakfast swiftly.

This is a wonderful location. Just steps from all the activity.

Property well located, waking distance to Nothre Dame and Louvre Museum.

Young adults were having a parties in the street until morning.

We had room 36 it was quite large for Paris hotel rooms. The beds are very comfortable and the big plus is that they have a smart Tv so we were able to watch a movie before bed. The view from our room was magnificent and check in and check out was a breeze. The staff is 10/10 very helpful. Unfortunately, because of the reception area and dining area renovations the entrance of the hotel looks terrible. They still offer breakfast you just get it from a Boulangerie across the street. The location is top notch if you want to walk around and see Notre Dame. Plenty of restaurants in the area. I would likely stay here again, the only thing that would have made it perfect is if there was AC, however, they do give you two fans. Side note: they do not have shampoo, conditioner or any bathroom products, this is normal at the hotels in Paris. I am a spoiled Canadian who expected there to be the basics but alas I was incorrect.

The room and hotel was great! But not having AC on the top floor was a bit uncomfortable during summer months.

Awesome location, reasonable price. Desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Only “complaint” was that we were there during a heat wave and there was no AC. A fan helped keep it tolerable. Lively neighborhood - lots of street noise till midnight or so - easily addressed with earplugs.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a terrific location for tourist sites, and lots of decent cafes and restaurants nearby.
The hotel is a little tired and expensive for what it is, but I suspect many others are similar

The staff was awesome! The hotel is convenient to dining. Area was safe. It’s very affordable. The room is tiny, very tiny. Our window wouldn’t close completely. Would we stay there again? For a couple of nights, sure. It provides ample accommodations at a decent price.
