During low season reception is open from 14:30 to 17:30 from Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 12:30 on Saturdays, and it is closed on Sunday.

Comfortable stay in older style apartment within beautiful tranquil surroundings.
Pros:

The beauty and quiet tranquility of the place. The apartment was light and had the kitchen utensils we needed. The outdoor blind was easy to use and came in handy when it rained. The place was comfortable

Cons:

The room service was non existent. After two days the room should be serviced and the towels changed. The shower was very small and there was no place/ ledge to put soap, shampoo bottle etc. the place had Two Dollar Shop style shelving. Very basic and junky though served a purpose in the bathroom. No door numbers no exterior light so couldn’t see the key hole when opening the door. The lock itself needs servicing as it was very challenging to open. There is no washing machine in the unit but located in another part of the property. Coin payment was required but no facility to get coins. A long walk to the nearest shops. This needs to be updated as does the whole property.

Erholsamer und abwechslungsreicher Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Appartement war sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Durch die eigene Waschmaschine konnten wir "mit sauberer Wäsche" nach Hause fahren. Auch die Handtücher konnten zwischendurch selbst durchgewaschen werden. Wir haben mehrere Ausfflüge in die unmittelbar umliegenden Gemeinden unternommen.

Cons:

Leider entsprach die Wettersituation nicht der jahreszeitlichen Erwartung. Zum Ende des Urlaubs (1.10.) wurde bereits nahezu der komplette Strandservice eingestellt. Die Lage des Ortes Punta Ala ist doch relativ weit entfernt von gewachsenen Orrtschaften wie Castiglione della Pescaia.

Abbiamo soggiornato per un fine settimana fuori stagione. Appartamento nuovo arredato con tutto l'occorrente per una vacanza confortevole. Balcone abitabile con vista sul tramonto. Essendo un periodo senza turismo non abbiamo potuto valutare i servizi ma la posizione è vicina al mare ed ha un comodo parcheggio riservato

Pros:

Staff cordiale e disponibile. Struttura assolutamente piacevole, immersa nel verde. Balconcino vivibile, appartamento con cucina dotato di tutto il necessario.

Cons:

La vasca avrebbe bisogno di una paratia di protezione dall'acqua leggermente più lunga e meglio collegata al bordo, se non si fa attenzione è facile bagnare un po' a terra. Il materasso dei letti tende a cedere un pochino se si è oltre i 75kg

Comunque tutto molto carino e sono delle piccolezze che mi sono sentito di segnalare. Per il resto consiglio a tutti di soggiornare in questa struttura!
